For the moment? That's pretty good. Hardware sales are going to pretty low for everything. There haven't been that many major releases to make a certain system move an extraordinary amount of numbers.
I suspect that Dragon Ball Z and Final Fantasy helped a little though.
Selling more than the WiiU doesn't say much since they are both having abysmal sales at the moment. The Vita isn't exactly flying off the shelves.
It faces competition from more.
You have the Vita, the shield, and multiple gaming dedicated Android handhelds.
Nintendo doesn't have to compete with Microsoft or Sony, that's out of the question for them this generation. The only thing they should be trying to do is get the WiiU into a state where it's profitable. That should be the main objective.
*Sigh*
Now I have to clear my history.
Anyways, Sony needs to find a way to put the hammer down on things like this. This is getting ridiculous.
What? All they're doing is advertising.
The decision would be up to Square Enix.
Why would they give Miyamoto more work when he is already too busy with games for their own platforms?
Pardon me but I feel like I should intrude.
" Name one Sega or Atari franchise that is anywhere near as big as Super Mario, Zelda, Super Smash Bros or Metroid?"
I can do that....
Sonic (This one is obvious)
Sega All Star Racing
Super Monkey Ball
Virtual Fighter
Phantasy Star
My knowledge of Atari is limited though.
It depends on how well the turn based system is implemented. There are plenty of turn based RPGs that you could beat while taking a nap. In many of them, all you have to do is grind and mash the attack button. The examples that dedicatedtogamers give are games that know how to mix up the formula and still keep turn based combat fresh and exciting. You must be aware that isn't the case for all turn based games though.
Final Fantasy X and X-2 HD had a big part in it.
Not every GTA game is on PC but most of them are. There is no doubt that it's getting a PC release, it would be foolish not to release it on PC.
Some of the videos that were taken down had nothing to do with the PC version.
I do agree that the larger cast was better, there is no denying that. I just didn't like certain characters and the parts where I was forced to play as those characters made it worse.
It's sad how you got disagrees for simply stating how the author of the article felt about the game.
I actually enjoyed the XIII series..... well I enjoyed XIII-2 anyways. I could hardly finish the first one because it was boring. Anyways, back on topic, I found this game to be quite fun. They upped the exploration and added towns and shops back in. There is also a whole new battle system that is quite satisfying.
My biggest problem with it is the story. The story telling is weak and they brought back all the characters I hated in the first game.
I noticed you didn't mention the Vita, which is extremely lacking in sales right now. That's convenient.
And what affect does trolling Nintendo articles have for you? It seems like that's the only thing you do here.
On topic: This reviewer is know to be incredibly harsh on games from all platforms. I'm sure Sony fans were made when he gave The Last of US a low score. Anyways, I personally don't see a 3/5 as bad though. I myself would rate it higher but there is nothing wrong with this score.
No, most people don't like them because they don't want to play muliplayer. Some people enjoy a quality single player experience more than anything else.
This is false.
