That CEO you want them to fire is the reason they have all that money in the bank.
The only game on that list I've played is Silent Hill. I always thought the first three were scary, but the games after that were lacking.
One horror series I like is Clock Tower.
There are still plenty of games that you can beat in a few hours. I beat Gone Home in over an hour, and it's the same price as a digital copy of GZ.
I tried it once.
In a run without doing any side quest, it took me 5 hours. A 1 - 2 hour run seems kind of farfetched.
Wait! Did I read that correctly? He asked for fan donations on Facebook, for his broken IPad?
I agree with everything you said, except when you bring up NNID crashing. Let's not act like Nintendo is the only that has had problems with their online infrastructure. Wasn't there that one time where a certain company's console was offline for more than a month?
"how many games these days have relationship options?
why shouldn't they have gay options? "
Well, maybe that's not how the creator of the game wanted the character to be portrayed. Maybe the creator of the game wanted his character to be heterosexual, it was his vision. There are plenty of games that offer relationship options, but some of them are based around a character that the developers of the game created themselves in order to get a story ac...
No choice? You could have imported?
Nobody said they should advertise it as portable. We're saying they should advertise this feature that allows you to play your WiiU games on planes/busses/trains etc...
It's basically for long trips. You don't need a TV to plug your console into because you can play on the gamepad. We're not saying that they should advertise it like they would advertise the 3DS or 2DS.
Of course you could play a 3DS or 2DS, but they don't play WiiU games.
But they do that one trick pretty well!
Why doesn't Nintendo advertise this?
I have no problem with homosexuality, and I am absolutely open to any video games that feel the need to touch on the subject. However, I don't support people forcing developers to put things into their game.
I myself wish we had more games that allowed me to create a custom character that is a woman, but I'm not going to force developers to do it if they don't feel it's necessary. But I would love if more developers did it.
Yep, it wasn't a good idea to release this so close to the PS4 launch. They could have stalled it for at least 2 weeks.
"Actually they are very much eastern oriented. The reason why they sell more here is the same reason why most eastern oriented games sell more here aka we have 200 million more people than Japan."
They actually really aren't. Sonic games launch in the west first, are advertised in the west more, and are geared towards western audiences. This character is better received in the west than in Japan. Look a the new cartoon, it's targeted at western children. Son...
Sonic and House of the Dead are both more western oriented than eastern. They're more successful and popular in the west than they are in the east.
Though Jet Set Radio is a good example. That was a good port and it's cheap on Steam right now too. Nights is a good one too.
Just because you ripped your PS2 games to a hard drive doesn't mean much to Japanese developers. I agree, these games should see official releases on PC, so PC gamers don't have to wait years for a emulator.
But the amount of JRPG fans on PC is really low, as PC gaming isn't that popular in Japan, so developers really don't feel the need to make that move. Japanese fans don't care for 1080p JRPGs or mods for those games. If you feel that these things give ...
Although it would be great if more gamers got to experience the series ( Yeah, I said it! The series should be enjoyed by everyone. Disagree all you want), it's not going to happen. As another poster pointed out, PC gaming isn't very large in Japan, so it's constantly overlooked by Japanese developers. If you are a huge fan of JRPGs, PC isn't the best platform for you.
"Which is again WHY THE XBOX IS NOT GETTING EITHER of the Kingdom Hearts collections.....Sony still has those publishing rights."
Both collections were published by Square Enix themselves. Sony didn't have anything to do with either one. As a matter of fact, the first two games were also published by Square Enix and Disney Interactive. Sony never owned any kind of publishing rights to Kingdom Hearts.
That's what games like Zelda, X, Hyrule Warriors, Shin Megami Tensei X Fire Emblem, and Bayonetta 2 are for.
MGS1 and MGS 2 were both ported to PC.
