I've also got to say: Boo ya, first game of 2010 for me, Bioshock 2 a week later, then AVP 1 week after that, then 2 weeks after that I have BFBC2 and Supreme Commander 2 in the same week, lucky my gf is understanding. :D
what do you mean nice comparison, it was 2 promo shots, it wasn't even in game or from a CGI clip from the game, there's nothing to compare.
We'll know in a week how it really looks.
The first game was terribly optimised, it ran like crysis does if that's enough of an indication of how poorly it was ported.
The 2 versions were made simultaneously, that and the fact that they claim it's better optimised, so it should be great.

Why would anyone want this game, the demo on PC was enough to convince me to stay the hell away, it's sad because I thought it might have been the start of a JRPG on pc trend.

The press worked in reverse for this game, going off the initial footage I would have bought it, nut there was a new clip each week, and all they did was show how sloppy and bland the game looked.
I agree, there are still some gullible PC gamers about, I thought MW2 had sold poorly due to the poor treatment of their PC fan base...but a few minutes ago, I was informed that MW2 sold more on PC in the first week than COD4 ever did on PC....so much for standing up for what you believe in. Next time I see a PC petition for any game, I'm going to call them out, spineless the lot of them.

I agree, NO DLC should be announced before a game is released. Bioshock is one of those games that was meant to be a single player game, and one that especially shouldn't require DLC.
I will buy all 3 games, but if there is story that they left out for the sake of DLC then F them, Bioshock 2 will be my last or the 3.

That video was great. but the hype in general is really ruining this game for me, a new video shoved down our throats each day, nothing in the games will ever suprise me because we've either seen screenshots, read about it or seen videos of it.
I'm glad Bioshock 2 has been untainted by the marketing machine ( at least no where near as much as this game ), but I hope it doesn't affect sales.

For the love of god another person claiming a game runs at 1080p when it's upscaled, there is a MASSIVE difference. A lower res upscaled will still have very pronounced jagged lines at the upscaled res.

Looking good, I benched my GTX280 to compare, 55 frame average at those settings, they got 84.1 frame average, aka 66% performance increase and that's only the gtx360...
