I just payed $79aus for ME2, $74aus for Bioshock 2, $82aus for Supreme commander 2, and $79 aus for AVP
The console Price for all of those games= $109aus, thats a pretty big F-ing savings right there, up to $40 per game, PC gaming is much cheaper, and if your not an idiot you can build your own PC and have one that maxes every game for ye...

You must be doing it wrong then, because I bought my gtx280 2 years ago and I max EVERY GAME except crysis.
You do realise that not even a 5970 can max crysis right?, as in even with no AA at 1080p it cant get 60 frame average on very high, it gets close, about 50 frames.
The fact is that crysis was future proofed with it's settings, like pc games used to be, they were stupid to make it so graphically intensive but it will pay off in time. I hope to god that they do ...

Dude, who told you you need windows 7?, if you have vista it also supports DX11, you probably already have the DX11 update, just use the windows updater if not. But if your still using vista....then yeah, no soup for you
Hell yes, not even a quad for the recommended specs?, either it's not optimised for quads, or they were generous with their game coding.
Either way, this is good news for my PC, and even better news when I get a gtx380 in march
The minimum specs for this multiplat generation have been the same for a few years, 99% of the time the min specs are:
6800gt, 1900xt, 2gz dual, 2gb ram

This game was on sale for $38aus last week ( normally $99aus ) and I decided to treat myself...by not buying it, after all the bad things i've heard about it, and besides it was universally conceded that dead space was better, and I already have it, god damn I want dead space 2

Also, you need to ease up there cowboy, the DLC has nothing to do with sony specifically, and I only see 1 comment dissing 360 and it's in the open zone, your defensive B.S seems a bit paranoid.
DLC generation...all I can say is that you brought it on yourselves.
All DLC should be greeted with disdain, not open arms.
People are actually happy about map packs being released as DLC for MW2...even after they bought one of the most broken games of all time, and complain about it...they still rush out to give them more money, some people never learn.

That's good if true, by my concern is legit, aka C&C4 requiring constant internet connection even for single player, and your game saves aren't even stored on your own PC...

I've supposedly upset because sony is getting motion control 3 years after nintendo?, riiiight. I suppose i'm in awe of the yet-to-be-implemented 3d gaming that has been on pc for years as well, with over 500 titles supporting 3d...yep sonys really paving the way.

Do you really need a list of release games?, I mean come on!, it's sony we're talking about here, everything they touch turns to gold, just look at Uncharted 2, that game revolutionised linear shooter-lite gameplay and with 720p and 30 frames as the icing on the cake, the sky is the limit!
I'll even get a second job if I have to, to afford the Sony Wand, because it's just that good!
