Nah dude, that couldn't be more on topic. The reason the game was released with bugs is the same reason reviews are scored excessively high, and the same reason bad reviews are pulled. Corporate greed.
The lesson here is. Bargain bin, every game, always. Or GOTY edition in 12 months, still cheaper than the vanilla game on day 1.

On PC if the devs don't fix a problem, there is always a good chance that you can fix it yourself in advance. What is not to like. PC users don't even have to try, some kindly chap will post the tweak fix for said problem, everyone else simply copies and pastes the command etc and bam, game fixed. Console users STILL have broken versions of the GOTY version of FO3, a fix that is never going to come. FO3 on PC is buggy too, but with a few tweaks I haven't had a crash in over 40hrs ...
Well said. I like a band called ISIS....you can't even buy their CD's in stores anywhere I know of, but they make good f-ing music, and that's all she wrote. Have you ever heard of them?, likely not, but it doesn't reduce my enjoyment. Console gamers have low standards, remember when they used to diss PC gaming because it required patches...now if a console game is released broken they just say 'oh we'll they'll patch it'....too little too late mofos, if I spend $60 on a game it damn well better work like a friggin charm. On PC it is more understandable, there are literally millions of GPU/CPU/MOBO/RAM/OS/DRIVER combinations that could cause an unkown conflict..but on consoles, THERE IS ONLY ONE SET OF HARDW...
