Don't lie to yourself, they didn't find them in the last few days, they knew about them before launch, but why postpone a game when you can release it broken and make the customers patch it?

Yeah some bugs are inevitable, but when they are in the main story or intro to the game, you have to wonder if they even tested at all...

I can think of quite a few reasons.
NV was going to have a $#!+ tonne of DLC, we knew this before it came out. Secondly; launch game prices. Thirdly; Obsidian/Gamebryo= bugs galore. Lastly; current game industry trend= release unfinished games or games in need of patching.

lol, no games are are 'designed on consoles', games are always designed on PC's and the resources for all games, even the worst ports, are scaled down for consoles, rather than scaled up for PC.

Offline GFWL is fine these days,l it used to be like cancer, as I posted in another thread, Lost Planet 2 does not require the cd to play, or even require a cd key to install, and the game doesn't even appear to use GFWL for save game aka it is 100% dormant and only used for online. That's better than the online requirement/update requirement for steam games. As long is it stays out of the way, I'm good with it.
MLAA is already on PC, secondly, it is a post processing effect and it blurs the image, MSAA does not, there is no way that MLAA is better than MSAA, especially when MLAA can only be on or off, no scaling.
Thirdly, PC has SSAA....

I never played the first but reviews seem t think the second game is better than the first, and I played it and thought it was good, it definitely could have been better. RE5 was a much better game.

tbh scores these days are way higher than the games warrant, back in the day, a near flawless game would get a 9/10 ( long game with perfect combat, awesome soundtrack, MP with splitscreen and bots, great story, awesome graphics )....these days you need half that to get a 10/10, so an 8 in the fickle age of 'omg everything is liek omg awesome'-gaming, an 8 is more like a 6.
Not only is this game coming to PC, but it will cost $10-20 less than the 360 version, why not get it on that when it comes out?

There's this awesome thing called 'play testing', they don't seem to do it anymore, maybe they could try that. Eg. the New Vegas intro bug....I find it hard to believe they could have missed that in play testing...guess they didn't think it was 'worth the effort' or something, too many resources spent on DLC integration....not enough on the vanilla games.
