who actually LIKED CoD3! I liked it better than the 2nd installment even... If nothing else, the graphics completely blew away CoD2, and the gameplay in the 3rd wasn't THAT much worse than the 2nd (couldn't tell a difference)...

Project Offset pc/360 exclusivity is exactly what I want to see announced. In fact, I can't believe it hasn't been on more of these "E3 predictions" lists...
I'll go so far as to say, if Project Offset is actually given time during the Microsoft Presentation (ie, new footage is shown, to go along with the exclusive announcement), than I'll think it'll turn some heads, and just might end up being one of the biggest highlights of the whole show!

the "massive secrets" wasn't legit. Most of the time, when something new/crazy is found out, the title will have something palpable alluding to it. Something like: "Halo Info Leaked: New Weapons, Equipment, etc..." Very disappointing to say the least...
zonetrooper: E3 is where it's at! I'll bet they'll show the first footage from the campaign, and maybe another multiplayer map or two. That's my hope, at least.

After all, this is the best site on the net for videogame news, with the absolute broadest coverage of whatever you're looking for. It's been 9 months since they've said anything, and I think it's well overdue for the big "second reveal!"
It seems a little shallow, especially considering that none of the "things to love" had anything to do with actually playing the games!
I don't own a PS3 (more of a 360 fan), but I DO hope that Sony gets some good games out there. If nothing else, so that their sales pick up again. They're a big part of the gaming market, and none of us (360 and Wii people as well) would benefit if they were forced to duck out...

1st problem: The story uses "I" way too many times. And when clicking on the link, it becomes obvious why... Wouldn't sound as newsworthy if it (properly) read, "Xanadu62 is NOT impressed with the build quality of the 360 at all... Xanadu62 lives in Texas, so it gets kind of hot down there..." etc...

As of it right now, officially, Bioshock is ONLY coming out 360 and PC. Until an announcement is made otherwise, adding a PS3 tag to a video like this makes about as much sense as categorizing the next batch of MGS4 screenshots under Xbox 360.
Nothing to get up in arms about, it's just a little misleading to do so. That's all.
But I want to see Boarding Action more than anything. 4 player sniper/rocket matches on BA were some of the most fun I've had on any multiplayer game! Please, PLEASE, bring it back!

But even comparing GOW to Halo 2, I'd have to say H2 wins in almost every department except graphics. I was blown away with GOW at first, but in fairly short order (a few months or so) the awe-inspiring graphics had worn off, and not too long after, so did the gameplay. Halo 2 on the other hand, I played religously for the better part of 2 years. Not sure if it's the style or what, but Halo's always been on...
I play my 360 vertically, with maybe an inch of clearance on either side, the extension cord plugged into a surge protector, and I haven't had any of these problems people are always complaining about. Not one.
