MGO was ruined for me by the lag switch cheaters and numerous glitches, its still one of my favourite online games though and i have many fond memories of playing survival.
Hopefully Konami will build on what they get right and rectify what they did wrong and then they will have a perfect online experience.

Legacy Of Kain is one of my favourite franchises although the last couple of games where a bit lacking.
difference being that zipper have been pretty mediocre since their PS2 glory days whereas studio liverpool have been consistently good.
