I never had any problems with those....So I would assume the Elite when I pick it up on Sunday will be just fine. I can't wait to connect it via hdmi.

NPD numbers leave out major retail chains. And are only USA numbers. That being said. In 3 months the 360 has managed to sell and average of 240 thousand a month in the USA. After Christmas. I'm super excited about every game on the list and then some not mentioned. This year for the xbox 360 will top 2006 easily. And to think the attatch rate is 5.7 with the games released up till now. I easily see the 360 reaching 12 million by June and 18 to 20 million by the end of 2007. There are MANY system sellers on that list. With the biggest of them all being Halo 3. The Graphics are superb.....The screen shots look like "Real Cars" folks. I'm super excited about getting this game in a month or so. This clearly looks like the "Best" racing game for any "next gen system". I believe it will sell consoles as well. Expect a spike in the sales of the 360. This Game is "any" racing fans "dream".
And I disagree with Sony Fanboys. They both look better on the 360 in 1080p HD. Even on Spike tv when they compared Fight Night Rnd 3 on both systems...the 360 version won easily at the apollo theatre....The only advantage Oblvion has on the ps3 is the faster load times. But if you clear the cache on your 360....it drastically increases the load times for Oblivion. But with the new patch the 360 version runs 1080p upscaled with better shaders flawlessly. The costs of Memory Cards, Controllers, Racing steering wheels, ect....Its a business folks. Microsoft, Sony, and Nintendo are in the business to make money. But, 5.7 attatch rate is "Amazing". Sony's attatch rate has always lingered within the 1 to 2 range. 5.7 is unbelievable. Why people attempt to spin it is beyond me. Obviously there is more to MS than Gears of War and Halo. Thats about 6 games sold per console. Think about it. WOW.

There is no way Walmart will release a Blu ray player for 299. Thats 300 dollars less than the ps3 and 700 dollars less than most stand alones. All you have to do is use common sense folks. Its not for a blu ray player too. Its just that they hd dvd player uses blue lasers. Thats where the confusion came into play. HD dvd is getting closer and closer to the 200 dollar sweet spot. Right now, Walmart sells hd dvd players for 399. I haven't seen a blu ray player at walmart yet....Well, except for the ps3. And those don't seem to be selling very well at Walmart.
