fact is MS can't win the appeal against CMA. People may think appeal will go in front of a judge but in CMA's case it's different. Appeal will be handeled by CMA itself so if they block it now what makes anyone think they will all of the suddent over turn their own decision.

If this deal falls through Microsoft is still on the hook for more than $2 billion so regardless, Activision is going to get paid. The right thing to do here is to block off all publisher acquisitions by any company who is also selling their own hardware

Game development is really expensive. Sony funded the order 1886 and RAD blew their chance. You have to have enough self awareness to know that a fully priced AAA game can't be 4-5 hours long

I am neutral in this but I don’t want any console makers to buy publishers. Ms and Sony combined own 44 studios so they should manage them instead of buying more.
