sony has a history of over 2 decades of releasing excellent games. State of Play should help today make that point even stronger

xbox games take up space and don't account for a lot of sales. Game pass is where vast majority of xbox gamers play games. Whenever we get to see sales data xbox accounts for less than sometimes ps4

These gamers who are happy with all digital and praising these companies will soon realize having less options will never be benefical. if MS pays square it might be on xbox if they don't it won't be on xbox but i don't think square will be a 3rd party publisher by the time FF17 comes out. Square, Sega and Capcom are the 3 publishers most likely to be acquired

i use to be a console gamer and over the past 6-9 months moved to PC, it's not hard at all. Community is very helpful and contrary to popular belief you don't have to keep updating drivers etc,
very smooth experience with way more freedom/options and i still play with my XSX controller. I like to play single player games and use cheats (console games mostly don't allow cheats and instead we are sold those via MT like XP boosters etc)...
i think it would benefit all gamers if none of the games stay exclusives forever. After 6-12 months most games could see a benefit in being released on other platforms. I am glad sony are finally opening up to PC. MS owns so many IP's that if they play their cards right they can have a huge chunk of the content software market. These companies want to make as much money as possible and don't think like us

good thing there are many other great games, we all don't have to like the same games. You are looking for new IP's type experiences but these games have dedicated fanbases who want these experiences. I still wouldn't call them boring.
