I am sorry I disagree completely. Yes physical market isn’t as big as digital but it still accounts for almost 30%. On top of that having the game on steam would have meant a lot more sales. These 2 points are facts and can’t be argued

We are all gamers regardless of the platform. Instead of dividing ourselves we should stay as one community so that greedy publishers can’t take advantage of us

There are many gamers who will not buy a game if it does not have a physical release, especially for Big blockbusters. So not being on steam and not having a physical release definitely has a lot to do with the fact they have yet to make that development cost back

I myself want to buy it on steam and I will also buy a physical version on PS five or Xbox if it becomes available but I will not spend a single penny on epic Store. I just want one storef...

Sure Alan wake 2 still hasn’t recovered development cost

I hope people understand usually when a loss is declared it means a game which had been in development got cancelled. For example Sony Santa Monica before GOW-PS4 had cancelled a project which Sony had spent 7 figures on

As far as square is concerned they release a bad game once a year. Forspoken anyone?

For those making comments on remake not selling well, I hope y’all realize that Sony is the only reason this remake is happening. If Sony didn’t fun...

The one thing none of us taking the account is the fact Sony most probably paid a hefty sum to cover the development of this trilogy remake

For example, if Sony paid 50% of the development cost, then this series remake has been very profitable for square. Just like Sony are covering majority cost of silent hill 2 remake. Just to give an example if MS wanted go have Jedi survivor on gamepass day one it would have cost them upwards of 300 million. So these things aren’t che...

As someone who owns yakuza like a dragon series games and have played almost all of them but ever since the went to turn base, I tried it just wasn’t for me

It really sucks because we are the fans who had been sporting the series since day one and then we are the ones left behind. And we have new fans coming in telling us how we are wrong For disliking this new change in the gameplay

Until we wait please remaster FO3/NV with all the dlc. Gameplay improvements, faster loading, better textures and performance. Make a physical version with both games on the disk and it’s a buy for millions

Because we have years of wait before we get FO5

Waiting on steam release otherwise no buy. And I would double dip to get physical for ps5 or XSX but remedy have to first admit there is a problem before a solution is made available

Sony said no 1st part existing franchises. There might be 2nd party games and new IP’s. Since this year started Sony has had 4 big blockbuster exclusives which all came from 2nd party studios. They know when they need to give their 1st party more time to rely on 2nd party partners and plan accordingly

30% physical sales: yet Phil and xbox division are in a rush go give up on that 30%. they don't have any right to give up any piece of the pie since the control such a little of the pie to begin with

also, the market is clearly speaking that the model Xbox is pushing isn't working right now the keyword being right now. you are right about freedom to play anywhere so i hope they put their games on steam

i think the reason for that is because Todd doesn't want to look bad because he knows Obsidian will do a better job of making an actual RPG. He doesn't want to lose his shine because his last few games have been more shooters and RPG light. While we know what Obsidian are capable of. Imagine Obsidian doing FONV2 which would come out before ES6 and have better RPG features that wouldn't be good for Bethesda

If i was running Xbox i would ...

It was a good shooter especially coming from FO3/NV game wise improvements wise but it was a below average RPG and that’s where many felt ROG elements should have been deeper

There was a rumor that Bethesda maybe doing FO3/NV remastered collection. I hope they do and bring some quality of life improvements. Both games are awesome but could be better if done right given the remastered treatment

I think MS can take that chances of a 9 hour game because of GP. Vast majority of Xbox gamers play games using GP(no doubt excellent value)

Personally I bought the first game when it was under $20 and I would have done the same if I didn’t have GP. I rather have 9 hours of quality content than 50 hours of fetch quests. As I grow and have less time for gaming I honestly don’t mind medium size games because there are way too many open world games

It means game is really good. Honestly with all these high 9’s and perfect scores it has ruined our expectations and now when a game gets less than that it’s simply passed on

Where as until PS3/360 generation we were buying games with 7.5-8,5 on regular bases and having fun
