Are they only giving $10? A friend of mine got $50 on the first round, and we suspect that it's because he spends A LOT on the PSN. But I didn't hear of anybody else getting $50.
I got $10 in the previous round and I used it plus $2.50 that I already had on my account to buy BlazBlue for Vita.
It was great, but Starcraft was even better. I'm more excited about the Heart of Swarm launch that will happen in a couple of days.
I bought the Vita version when it was released in Japan (it launched during my vacation there), but the touch controls ruined the game. Having to change your right hand between the button and the touch screen really didn't work. I wish the touch controls were optional (and maybe they are, but I don't understand the japanese options to see if that can be changed).
Since X? You mean... comparing to XI (a mmorpg) and FFXII? Then yes, XIII is the best one since X. But it doesn't mean much, does it?
@GynGa
Aren't all lists based on the writer's opinions? The only lists not based on the writer's opinions are the ones like "the games that sold the most", or "the games that got higher Metacritic scores".
The controls were great indeed. I played many Zelda games (Link to the Past, Ocarina of Time including the 3DS version, Majora's Mask, Minish Cap...) but didn't like any of them. The only one I actually enjoyed and finished was Twilight Princess on Wii. I think the controls were partly responsible for that.
N4G users never read the articles, they only read the title and the comments.
@DigitalSmoke
My PC with i7 920 and GTX 285, that I bought years ago, does.
This list isn't bad, but Selphie at #3? She rushes Squall in one of the only moments he is truly acting as a leader because she wants to sing her effing train song. She's supposed to be a soldier but acts like a retarded teenage girl.
It should've been like Street Fighter, not Smash Bros.
What? How can anyone say that it's not nearly identical to Smash Bros? Did you even see both of the games?
The part about the mop shows how the old DMC fans are butthurt. It was just a joke, a reference to the past games, but old fans take it as "Ninja Theory giving the finger".
I also have both. Vita is a better device, but a device doesn't play itself, it needs games. And I play much more with my 3DS. I'm trying to finish Persona 4 Golden on Vita, but I really don't know what else I'll play on it when I finish Persona.
I think that if they made it in a classic fighting game style, like Street Fighter or even Marvel vs Capcom, it would have sold lots more. Even I, that have little interest in Sony characters, would buy it.
Oh, it's a Resident Evil 5 themed Pachinko machine, not the game itself. Now it makes more sense.
I thought he was comparing GC to PS2, not PS1. As much as a I agree with the article, that part was a real fail.
I'll buy it when they launch a killer app. I wasn't interested at all in the PS3, until Heavy Rain was released.
It's better than Resident Evil 5, at least. Not having to babysit your partner and see her wasting your ammo made the game ten times better.
Do people use Home? Since its reveal, I thought it would fail terribly. Second Life was already failing, and Home seemed to be almost the same thing. And I remember that before it was launched, people said that it was going to be amazing and whatnot.
