FFXIV is a great MMORPG. Unfortunately, while WoW had options for people who don't like to make parties with random people, FFXIV does the opposite and demands us to form parties and do dungeons to continue the story and get important things like access to the bank and be able to ride chocobos. That's the reason why I stopped playing it.
I liked doing BGs and WGs in WoW, and liked FATEs in FFXIV, but being obligated to form parties with random people on dungeons that ...
@gametillyoudrop
Yeah. Comparing to Assassin's Creed, that had 6 games in 7 years, or Call of Duty that had 11 games in 11 years, I think that we don't really have that many Mario Karts.
And there's the fact that it's called Mario Kart 8 because they count the portable ones, too. If we count portable games for AC and CoD, there are more than what I said before.
For me MK 64 is the worst one. The tracks are too long, the roads are too wide, they have too many straights, and these things make them too boring. And in multiplayer mode you can't even choose specific tracks.
Because we wouldn't keep waiting hopelessly for the sequels.
@Pozzle
Selphie? That girl who's supposed to be a soldier but kept bugging Squall during the first time he was actually acting like a leader, just because she wanted to sing her freaking train song? Yeah, "great" character... I hate her almost as much as I hate Vanille. Almost.
Tidus' laugh actually makes me sad. Being in a strange place that he doesn't know, not knowing if he will be able to go back home, and learning that his father is Sin, his laugh has a hint of despair to me.
Almost everything made sense, but saying that Dr. Mario is a Tetris clone? Seriously?
I loved the first one, but I never played the second game, since I didn't have an Xbox.
FFX is so good that it deserved a true remake instead of an "HD remaster".
The dude's voice is awesome. He is one of the reasons why I think GT's video reviews are the best ones.
It's very well done, but I was actually expecting the more epic first opening.

"The full tracklist from Theatrhythm Final Fantasy will be returning."
It just doesn't say if it will come with the DLC from the first game.
Every Vita owner should buy it. It's one of the only games that makes it worth to have a Vita (even if it's technically a PS2 game).
Why would anyone want to play these games with a virtual joystick?
But far from great.
@Chrono
I have an iPhone and an iPad, I tried many, many games on them, and I could never get used to virtual joysticks. Even in RPGs, moving the character is a chore. I bought FF Dimensions, FF IV, FF V, Chrono Trigger... Platform games like Mega Man X and Sonic are absolutely terrible with touch controls.
The only bearable games in smartphones and tablets are the ones that don't rely on virtual joysticks. That's why when people say "I can emulate SNES a...
Putting a FFVIII picture in "reasons why Japanese games are the best" is like putting a Superman 64 picture in "Nintendo 64's best games".
I already have FFIV: The Complete Collection, but it's 2D. What I tried to say is that I would like to play the 3D remade version of The After Years that's on iOS, but I won't play it on buttonless smartphones and tablets.
Only when they decide to make an iPhone with actual buttons. I can't stand virtual joystick.
I bought it, then played for 1 or 2 hours before getting bored. After that, I tried playing with some friends, but it didn't make it any better.
