this is most exciting thing i have read this year, i would have assumed that this was already with devs, but god dam if dev dont have it then there is no way we have seen anything near to what the ps3 can do.
i remember on the psone gran turismo was the first game to use the new performance analyser and it blew everything else out of the water nothing looked even half as good back then...
only a tiny little, bigger chache size has more impact, i would get more gb over speed.

this is the same way we first heard about killzone on ps2, it was hyped as a halo "killer" before any one had even seen it.

to release with out hardware issues the 360 would have launched at a later date. meaning it would not have had the year of freedom with no competition from the wii or ps3.
