&Bzone24 seriously, I wanted a 360, but the new focus microsoft is taking has put me off. If it turns out they still have a mainly hardcore output i'll probly still get one, but if they start to do a nintendo and mainly aim for the wii type of consumer count me out.

I was tempted to get the 360 this year, gears 2 was nealy closing the deal but if these images are real ms just lost a new user. It looks crap.
@12.4 so is this running totally off the 360 or do you have to have a connection to a pc in order for it to work cos i would hate to have to turn on my pc just to browse the web. Plus it took like 30 seconds to get the browser up, on ps3 I can do a google search in about 2 seconds.
I just read your post on my ps3, pm me when you can do that on your 360.
I keep hearing this a lot, but not having an 360 have no idea how it works. How is it different from me just sending a msg to a friend asking them to join a game?

I like alot, also towards the end of the video it shows a small music control widow that looks like the it is a ps3 system menu. I wonder if this was running on fw2.4 and that this was the music contol for ingame background music. I might be way off as the vid clip would not fullscreen for me.
I've seen a guy using just the sheild and playboy mags, He puts the mags down waits............somebody stubbles on the mag he comes out with sheild as protection kill the fool, repeats. I started stealing his kills so he got mad and started trying to stun me with his knife.
MGOs strengh is the many ways it can be played.

I think they are both good games online. COD4 imho is the better more easy to pick up game, but it came out last year and to me has got old. I still love playing it but the game has started to wear off me. MGO online is harder for the more casual gamer to pick and have fun with so cod4 win in that sense. But for me at the moment mgo is the better game, it has more depth, more ways to play, more scope for clan strategy. The personal stats page for you and friends put cod to shame, adding frien...

The wii is already too succesful to fail in any major way, at least as far as the casual market is concerned. I think this and the conroller from MS(if it is real) is needed just to break the monopoly nitendo has on motion sensing games such as wii sports.
I would hope with the power that the ps3/360 has that devs could come up with really impresive motion controlled games whilst highlighing how under powered the wii really is in this day and age.
Gears 2 is the only AAA title for the end of year that I would consider buying a 360 for, the rest of the titles would not move me into a purchase.
Last year they had bioshock, mass effect and halo3 how can they hope to beat that quality this year.
As a ps3 owner(aka fanboy) I think sonys line up is the far better this year(motorstorm2,resistance2,l ittle big planet,home???).
