You would think TGS would be the one to watch in regards to MGS news.
People say that having it on the 360 would make it limited to the hardware thus ruining the game, and then are fine with it being restricted to the hardware of a handheld... I don't even.
But I do agree that a new, multiplatform MGS game would be nice! I dont really know what they could do with MGS5, it ended in 4 really well. If anything, they should just remake MG1&2
As an open minded PS3 gamer, I will say that I wouldnt mind this going multi plat. 1) Its been about 937379847 years since KH2 came out, and during that time... Before that time even, the series had already gone to Nintendo.
I mean no one cried that 358 was bad just because it was on the DS and the latest one is also on the 3DS and some are saying that, at least in plot, its the best of the series so far.
I think that a game this good should go multi plat, 36...

I want this to be a multi plat, every RPG gamer, regardless of console choice, should have the right to play this game after how long it has taken.

Strange that the IMDB page is listing Victor Sulivan (Sully from Uncharted), you would think Nathan Drake would be first if anyone from the Uncharted series was in.

I know this always gets brought up, but they did completely overhaul MGS1 once, it released on GameCube as Twin Snakes.
And I just think, if they can put all that effort into a GameCube title, surely something can be done about MGS1 not being in the HD collection... Its not even a "collection" if its missing the original game.
Really? Japan did not have Peace Walker HD? You would think, if anything, that the international versions would be the ones without it.
I still dont think that it really justifies the complaint though, Japan got MGS1, we got Peace Walker in HD. And I mean, even if all regions had both games, it still would not be a perfect collection without Portable Ops, because that too was quite an important part of the story.

To be fair, I dont think that just because the new COD is slightly more futuristic that it really innovates much at this point. The series needs way more than just a simple change of scenery.
The gameplay itself will still be the same run n gun boringness it has been for ages, the entire game needs rebooting from scratch.
Its going to have all the same criticisms as the other COD games, regardless of its setting if that is the only thing they are changing.
I have little doubt it will run in 3D too.
They might even add Move support (you remember that right, the controller with a bulb on the end that seems to never get used any more)
I didnt see any crazy weapons like there are in SSB though and im not sure if they are focusing on good melee combat or if the weapons just arent in there yet.
Other than that it looked exactly like SSB and thats okay for me, I love that game so much! And now it will be more relevant to me, having grown up with PlayStation =D

And plus it might be that just because they are in the game, doesn't necessarily mean they are playable characters. There are tons of pokemon (pokemen?) in SSB that are not actually controllable. Plus they could be like collectible statues in the game, if they are really trying to clone the SSB success formula.
I think it would be wise to include Sora from Kingdom Hearts before Nintendo do. They need some real surprise appearances though like Sonic and Snake being in SSB ...

But guys, it only takes them about two years to release a KH game from announcement to international release... Thats not bad really. And yes they did make spin offs but what would you expect? Let the series die because of FFV13... That would have been a lot worse IMO both from a business perspective and from a KH fan perspective.

To be fair, it is questionable. Most of the time as far as I am aware, you get one E-mail with a code to download the beta. But here it has a link to a site that asks your Email and password, I can see why some would question it.
Also the link to the twitter post does not make ti clear, it reads as if the Email asks them to reply to it with their details.
