I agree, thats a good point actually, even if it is a next gen game, does not mean it cant still come to current gen with watered down visuals and such.
Thats pretty fair I guess, three big hitter games from well known names, one of which has full cross system play, and a sprinkle of good games thrown in here and there. Not bad considering all that is (supposedly) due out by the end of the year.
its like picking the lesser of the evils. All were pretty lame with one or two semi decent announcements sprinkled in.
If anything I would go with Ubisoft but its still not great stuff from E3 overall.
I mean this is like, a year or so worth of games being offered for free in one day, thats insane!
Thats my concern too, if you have PS+ there is a high probability you regularly play PS3, in which case you already own or played through these games.
Still, all of these games for free? No complaints, if you have played them then sure you dont gain anything but you certainly dont loose anything either so there really is no argument.
I have one and it sucks, the system is awkward, having proprietary chargers and memory cards etc.
As well as that the only game worth playing on it is still only Uncharted GA, got it the day it came out and still not finished it. I am quite far into it, mind you, but still...
I do think that LBP coming to Vita will be the next game I buy for it, and im looking forward to that to some degree. Other than that though, the E3 conference did make me decide to buy ...

Even if they dont, give them a try, Thom, if you can, they are great. I will say the first one is a bit underwhelming but from KH2 onwards where they knew they had a success, the plot and gameplay options really picked up.

Maybe, but I mean they didnt really show much of the WiiU last time, and we already know that Vita can in theory do the same tricks that the WiiU can ( being used as a input device, proper remote play etc).
I would love to be proven wrong, but E3 has been so lacklustre for a few years running now that im not really feeling the hype for it, then again its the unexpected announcements that make a good E3 so by not going into it with much in mind I will prolly be blown away =D

Well... You are wrong, clearly, because Chain of Memories was a Game boy Advanced game and the completely overhauled it with the KH game engine for the PS2.
If that can happen, then there is no reason at all that these can not at least be ported over.
Nomura said a short while ago it was "Time for KH to return to consoles." (Just after they finished the 3DS game). And since said game also has links to KH3, it will have to be announced sooner or later.
Another thing is that the secret ending of KH3D already hinted at HD upgrades of the series, so its not really that surprising, but its still very cool that KH will finally be playable on a PS3.
Needs to be in full HD, maybe even 3D, have trophy support and be the Final Mix versions, if not I will only consider it...
I dont think it would do AS bad as the original, since it would have appeal to core gamers who loved the original. Like anything with a "2" on the end.
But granted, it still would not do great.
Any new console would be great, and if is a DreamCast 2... Well, I dont know what I would do, but I am sure it would bend the laws of physics or something (because clearly anything is possible if that console were to actually be announced). Just think of all the returning classic franchises, and indeed all of the new IPs that might be made for it. Design would be key though, the original DreamCast had the best memory cards that will ever exist!

I mean they got Versus 13 which people are crying for even just any information on, as well as the Kingdom Hearts series and the little matter of "that" FF7 remake... And no information on any of them being revealed... Would hate to be in their shoes right now, I wander what their shareholders must be thinking?
Sorry, but no it cant. The interview says games are being developed for PS4 already. They didnt talk about it this year but it is obviously not far away.
