LOL that picture of Old Snake is amazing.
RockStar should release it this year now, patch the bugs later, I just want to see this guys reaction when he bets his wife and looses lol
I think that even Q1 2013 is pushing it, I reckon its going to be around May, thus making it the biggest release of the summer next year.
Eh whatever, it will be here when its here now...
Just get rid of all the "clone" characters and replace some of them with brand new ones.
There is far too much fan pressure for them not to add him IMO.
He has been número uno request from the beginning.
I don't really mind though, he was great in the ps1 era sure but he hasn't been relevant ever since Naughty Dog stopped developing the games... And oh wow could you imagine the team responsible for Uncharted making a Crash Bandicoot reboot? That would be interesting.
Yeah, the balance issues were not a problem for me personally.
The problems were that, some of the supers fail to activate at times, or cause all other characters to permanently freeze (level 3 supers occasionally give out bugs)
Freezing at end of rounds occasionally, not being able to play with friends, no lobbies, just play with randomers and you have to find new players every game....
Granted its a beta, but with only like.... Three months is it to...
Trust me, there is not much to do on there, six characters and even less stages as of now...
But they updated it today, so by the time it goes public there may be even more content! =)
El Camino , SUCH a good album!
And winner animations, at last! lol
That was kind of obvious, but it will be cool to see the character progression.
If you buy All Stars for the Vita, you get the PS3 one for free, likewise buy the PS3 version and get the Vita one free.
Cross play, you dont need both versions only one. It means that Vita and PS3 players will be in the same lobbies together when playing online is all.
Thats part of what made the SSB roster good. It felt much more better playing as characters like MewTwo after you put in the effort and time to unlock them.
Increases lasting appeal, gives you a chance to learn the movesets of each character etc...
As long as there are some unlockables though it doesn't bother me too much
EXCEPT for Dream Eaters replacing the ability to team up with Disney characters, it was the best game for the series so far I thought. It was just a little short compared to the others (that or I played it wayyyy too much over the few days it took me to finish it)
Yeah well at least there is Killzone coming out on the Vita. No shortage of decent FPS games with these two and Resistance. And if that isnt enough, there is Super Sony Smash Bros and Cross play for LBP2. AND PS1 games.
Its good to see them taking Vita seriously again. IF the COD bundle comes with a memory card, its a great offer for people who were holding off buying one.
Still, it was a better conference than E3 by some margin.
Wrench
Its fun to throw it at enemies
No. The reason people were confused in KH2 was because it deliberately missed out a lot of stuff. The game took place around a year after Chain of Memories, during that time 358/2 Days took place which released some time after KH2. so even if you did play COM, chances are you still were not totally sure what was going on in KH2.
You probably don't to be honest, the 3DS game goes into pretty good detail of what happened in previous games, who the new characters are and such. There are flashbacks, detailed character bios, chronicles of the past games (including BBS, a PSP exclusive).
So I imagine they will do the same thing with KH3, especially if it happens to be the final entry in the story arc.
I will say though, if you are looking forward to KH3, you do owe it yourself to play...
Vita? I agree, I reckon a fall 2012 cut would go down well with consumers.
I already got mine, cause im a fanboy but it is in dire need of some games to actually play before its worth buying one even at a cut price...
If there is one thing sports games continuously get right, it is the loading screens and the use of that time to keep the player interested.
Exemplary cases - Fifa and NBA 2K12 (Former allowing the player to practise shots, the latter having the commentators talk about the upcoming game).
Bayonetta was good, allowing you to learn new combos and displaying the button presses which you could use later if you wanted. That whole game was good fun generally.
