News flash, you probably have 2 cameras point at or near you own almost 24/7. 1) many monitors and laptop has built in cameras 2) your cell phone. Stop being paranoid, it's an optional feature you can use to get full advantage of the UI.

Even if there's is a better for all, competition will continue on pushing future hardware performances and prices. Saying Brand A is best so B should just stop making things will be the worse thing to happen on the gaming community.
It's a low budget game that's been on development for about a year. $40 gets you everything (minus props, etc). They need to finish the full cast of characters first before there's a story mode. Besides gameplay and netcode is more important on day 1 than story mode on fighting games.

Generally speaking in manufacturing, for every $1 you spend to make it, it cost the consumer retail price $4-10 more. And with consoles always being sold at a lost (development cost included), the less $$ used the better for the company selling it.

@Robotronfiend You completely got the patching info wrong. They said it can be patched with micro-patches so players don't have to wait once or twice a year for the larger orverall patch. Once the smaller patch gets downloaded, you'll still be playing that micro-pactch version when offline.

People complaining that XB1 is $100 more for less pixel count, while probably most of them trade in their iPhones every year for more than what the XB1 costs without hesitation. Hell, the iPhone 5c costs more than the XB1. The same people will still complain even if XB1 was $100 less than PS4, let's be honest. Like any major launch (hardware or game) was flawlessly achieved. People will complain, it's not perfect on day one so everyone must return it, it's taking too long for release, it costs too much, I'm not the market so it must be the worse thing ever, (other repetitive comments here).
