It's not as easy as you say to manufacture anything, let alone tech products, in such a large scale. You'll have something to complain about either way: MS has consoles available = not too popular enough. MS has a shortage = MS has no clue hot to manufacture anything. Kinect = evil, even though MS never said anyone will be listening, just for voice commands and features. Sony (a few days before launch, mind you) finally announces an even worse policy, now the story changes to "does it matter?".

It may be "100%" right now but it's still a new system. How long did it take to get the full potential on any consoles in the past? That "100%" will certainly be a lot less once they find new ways to use the hardware to it's real 100% potential.

I don't care what comes behind MS paywall. I and everybody else here has to pay for it to play online, everything else is just icing. Sony now requires online fee as well. Does it matter who you pay for online access for, you'll be paying for it regardless.
Also, XBox is getting Skype PREMIUM trial for free. Does Vita have Skype Premium for free? Does PS4 have Skype to begin with? I don't care regardless, it's a FREE TRIAL. Use it if you want to or not...

Who cares who "wins". Having competition only pushes for better technology, lower costs, and innovation. Having only 1 choice would be the worse thing to happen for core-gamers.
That said, hard-core gamers is only a portion of the market, not the whole. I grew up with gaming, was a core-gamer for a long time but now with a career, etc am a casual gamer. None of my friends currently care about who wins, what's the best of the best, etc. Just what's fun. ...

Some arguments don't make any sense.
Most likely banned him so he can't use an unfinished product that would he was sharing with the internet. Once the product/software was finished they can easily un-ban anyone. Meaning, it was to prevent the unfinished system from being used (system time lock) vs punishing the user.
