Sounds to me like they don't play on fixing anything in the beta at all. As far as I know those bugs will still be in the final game.

I was playing the BF3 beta on PS3, saw no teamwork whatsoever. No explosions, no intense gunfights.
What I did see was
-Sniper campers
-People taking advantage of glitches
-People seem to be afraid to go out in the open. They're always moving really slow, crouching or prone.
-Almost no one pays attention to objectives.
