Xbox 360 has no Steam support right now. Xbox 360 is a closed system.
PS3 has Steam support on multiple games.(Portal 2, new Counter-Strike). Its a more open system. Its free online.
PSN is very similar to Steam.
Xbox Live is almost the complete opposite of Steam.
What good will it do for a noob to reach max level? Bragging rights. That's all.

Anyway there's no distinct advantage between a level 1 and a max prestige player in COD. The only real difference is that the max prestige player is a lot more experiences and probably knows his way around all the maps.

They're comparing their GTX 580 which I'm sure costs WAY MORE than $250.(PS3 price) In fact I just checked and it costs $450+.
That's without the CPU/MotherBoard/RAM/Mouse/Keyb oard/Tower/PowerSupply/Monitor Which if you pick these components at the same level as the gpu it'll cost about $2000 give or take.
Show me a $250 PC that can play lets see.....Black Ops....at 60FPS 1080p, has a 3D Blu-Ray player and an HDMI port for outputting to an HDTV.
But that takes up so much memory and power. The PS3 uses its power and ram for actual games. That's why PS3 exclusives look so much better than 360 exclusives. it also why cross game voice chat isn't possible on PS3.

If you bought the hardened or prestige edition then the Moon map is free. all the other maps they already played since launch.
If you boughte the hardened or prestige edition of Black Ops you already have these maps. The new map "Moon" is free to download to you. There's nothing to complain about.
If you played World at War and bought all the zombie maps then don't buy this one. Simple.
Nomura confirmed months ago that the game is ONLY BEING DEVELOPED FOR PS3. Here's a direct quote from him

They are not working on a 360 version. Nomura confirmed months ago that the game is being developed exclusively for the PS3. He said that if a 360 version is released it would be a port.
