kaveti is right. *Steam* isn't on PS3. Steamworks is, and a limited version of it at that. There's no Steam client of any sort on the PS3 right now, and most likely never will be as it'd be pointless.
AMAZING. Nightfire is one of the best Bond games ever, though Agent Under Fire and Everything or Nothing get very honorable mentions as well. They released a port of Nightfire for the PC way back then, but it was a pile of complete, filthy garbage. Can't wait for this!
Oh, what's that? $60 I get to keep in my wallet later this year?
Thanks for making it easy on me, Capcom.
New York...Again?
Count me out. I'm sick of every damn game ever taking place in NY. Talk about an over-used setting. Not only that, but I'm not falling for this hype of it being sandbox either. Just like how they said Crysis 2 would have a huge "tactical" component which turned out to be some "oh, go this way or this way" type deal where you had the illusion of free choice. Meh.
I miss games that had tons of hidden easter eggs and unlockables that you had to have skill and/or creative thinking to obtain.
Syphon Filter 2: Just to unlock some cool multiplayer maps, you had to somehow find a way into a room and open a box. Sounds easy, right? Yeah, except every enemy in this stage is wearing fully body-armor, and none of your current weapons can do anything to anyone on the map. So you had two options: Try to barge into this room thru the front-door an...
Any CoD = No buy.
I could kiss you.
Looks like he's going into the indie games market. Can't blame him for getting tired of CoD. No point in limiting yourself to one game. Best of luck to him in the future.
Lol is this the real Chad Warden? Dude was a boss.
These articles all appear to be the same thing.
Just like ME3's endings.
The PS EU twitter says it's legit, most likely has nothing to do with a new "PSN", probably has to do with replacing the old PS Beta section of the website. Also probably Dust 514 related since it's currently in closed beta.
Huh? Whose footprints are these?
It's been doing that for some years now.
I'm glad I quit CoD ages ago, don't have to put up with this abysmal excuse for a MP shooter. That being said, I don't wanna hear people bitch about CoD if they willingly decide to subject themselves to that torture.
Such a pity, because there's sooooo many other good FPS games out there, just no one cares to look.
Best quote of the month here lol.
Anyone who bashes the multiplayer must've sucked at it. I dunno how running around trying to pick up g-virus containers while simultaneously dodging players, hunters, lickers, and tyrants all at once as well as hordes of zombies everywhere is a bad game.
I dunno what people expected. it's a game where you play as friggin' UMBRELLA AGENTS, of course it's not gonna be classic RE.
That being said, the MP is a blast. Almost couldn't put it down last night, I don't think anyone's ever done MP of this style before. Just constant nonstop chaos. Trying to get the g-virus containers while dodging other players as well as friggin' Tyrants and Hunters and Lickers is just insane.
Oh well, hate...
I remember watching NGE all those years ago. That ending still is the biggest mindfuck I've ever gotten.
Wayne is right, why is he getting so many disagrees? I remember reading about this way back when he left.
Phil (as well as others) were trying to focus on the PS3, but some Sony reps were trying to get him to start working on ideas for the PS4, which was pretty ridiculous, especially way back then. He wasn't a big fan of their management or crazy ideas, and he was pretty much right. Sony had a pretty bad start with the PS3 thanks to dumbass ideas and timing.
Now all we need is for developers to realize this. I don't want CoD, so why are devs convinced I want something that's trying to COPY CoD? If I wanted that, I'd just fucking buy CoD!
