The Cell nor the GPU didn't cause the setback to November. It was BluRay. Any games out REQUIRING BR??? All devs had to do was continue their work on the kits they already had.
So yes, over a year in fact about two for the dev...
EDIT: That's a cop-out. PS3 has NOT been out for over a year (to the public) but going on TWO YEARS to devs.
When one of the biggest dev companies-with the most resources has trouble with the PS3, then you have to admit it's a Piece of S41t x3!!!

*Built-in PVR support.
*Better & more web cam functionality.
*Animated Themes with soundFX.
*Clan support.
*Friend's List filtering.
*Increased space size for gamerpics.
All this and PC connectivity since day 1.
I'm glad I JUMPed IN while the losers are WAITing B3YOND.
Looks like PS3 & Wii users are going to have to PAY a yearly subscription to play online after all...They'll be paying for an anti-virus subscription.

*360 plays ALL Ghost Recon games.
*Where's GRAW 1 for PhorSecond-hand 3rd party titles (PS3).
*This game is a team-based multiplayer and will suck on the PSNot-everyone-has-a-mic.

When they compare PC vs console games-shouldn't they compare it at the SAME resolution?? If not, then why don't they just compare one game on standard res to the same game on HD.
And the fact that you can map weapons etc. to the keyboard doesn't necessarily make it better than a controller. But that certainly is a PC high-point.
