That gun is actually pretty solid in PvP, if you grind it up and get the range perk it great. Still need to be a shotty type person for it to make sense but I like using it for a change of page.
Im really enjoying the game so far, I think I am about half way but it just seems reviewers had and expectation of what they wanted it to be and reviewed against that, instead of reviewing what it was, a cinematic experience with some third person shooting. I am loving it so far.
But what if the reviewer actually felt the game was a six and was just ok? Then it seems valid to me. From a critical standpoint, reviewers are paid to give their opinion, both the good and bad, and the internet wants scores, so it has a score, on IGN it's a 6.5. If this score was an outlyer it would be different, but meta critic is dead on the 6.5 so.....hard to believe their was some huge conspiracy about the game.
I mean I guess they are valid, to the point that they are opinions, so if thats how someone feels then fine. But again, you are not required to buy the game so I am not sure why people are complaining about something that isn't costing them money.
What about the people that just purchased the game without reading the reviews....In this day and age, almost everyone is connected, if you are spending money research what you are buying, it's pretty simple.
No they are not valid. You are not required to purchase this game. Not happy about game length, don't buy. Not happy about reviews, don't buy. Not happy with gameplay you've seen so far, don't buy. Everyone is complaining like they are required to buy the damn thing. Don't like it then don't buy it, it's pretty damn simple.
So do I. I think some people forget what it was like to be 11. My buddy just watched it and was telling me how his older brother deleted all of his halo progress among other things when he was 11 and he was devastated. All of this BS about it's rated teen, kid shouldn't have been playing is garbage. Rating are for a parents to decern if their kid is mature enough. Nothing in destiny would cause me pause for an 11 year old. The kid was trying to glitch. Well I cheese the bridge ...
It's not something you always need, but it's really really nice to have the option.
Exactly. Not every game needs to be 10+ 20+ hours. Devs can make a game and tell a story, lets move on. No need for filler to make the internet happy, if we keep down this path every game is going to be a main story fill with hundreds of side quests just to boasts a long completion time. Just stupid.
Considering reviews are opinions and one persons take on the game I couldn't care less. I will buy the game and come to my own conclusions. Game length is not something I would knock a game for. I would rather have a great story and campaign that is quick and linear than a game filled with fluff just so the internet is happy about it's length.
I will be staying at 1080 till I feel like dropping the cash on a 4k tv. RIght now my pc has two 27" 1080 max and a 55 inch third screen I use for gaming form my couch. Until I updade the TV, and grab a second gtx970 to push 4k I am fine with 1080.
I would say it's the third best. Bet the second option after you buy a PS4, XB1 or build a PC. I bought my PS4 first, then the Wii-U, then the XB1, then I bought a second XB1 for my basement, then a second PS4 for my basement. But like I posted earlier, I am not giving Nintendo any more cash until they fix customer relations by making products available. This goes for Amiibos and games that are just randomly out of print even though their is demand, like Ocarina on 3DS. Their is no re...
The crap fan service with Amiibo has caused me to completely write off Nintnedo. I have a wii-u and loved it, but I am voting with my wallet, and the fake demand that they create, specifically with amiibo availability has turned me off completely. THe only people it benefits is the resellers and scalpers. Their is no way preorders should sell out. Usuauly pre orders are used as a gauge to determine how much supply to provide, but not with Nintendo.
I will no longer be giv...
So console gamers want the benefits of PC gaming but don't want to pay for a PC. Hmmmm
SMH
The 770 might not run max but my 970 should.
Only thing I want Diablo to give us is a story.
The good experience Bungie owes Destiny players depends on crappy items. That is part of the basic model of the game. Are you saying every chest, every engram, every mission reward needs to be something new and useful to your player specifically? That would completely remove any prestige and value from the good items, because every item would be good. No one would covet them, because everyone would have them.
The game’s premise relies on many players not ending up on top whe...
The people who say they "didn't need the gun" are either lying or don't know how to play the game. You can always dismantle it for legendary materials and upgrade a gun you prefer instead. Everyone will need more ascendent energy at some point... so any legendary weapon was not truly useless. Chalk it up to getting 2 ascendent energy and be happy you got anything at all.
I got a legendary shotty, didn't need, two shard, upgraded my legendary scout
I love blanket statements like "Resolution More Important Than 60fps" Maybe for some people, maybe not for others. But the internet has one, now all devs care about is resolution. At what costs, who knows. Thanks internet.
