So Gamestop has since made a claim about this and said they came across a couple of thousand copies and will be doing the same thing with Metroid Prime Trilogy. SCAM! But I still might pick up MPT if the price is right....
Ok, my problem with this is sure you can unplug the kinect but MS has designed their system to work with it in the first place and is pushing devs to develop their games with the device in mind. Unplugging the kinect will be a semi pointless endeavor if you have to plug it back in to actually play most titles in the first place. Sure, unplug it if you like but the entire premise of what MS wants will revolve around getting you to plug it back in.
Honestly the kinect itself and the tec...
Thank you!
GAME calls 'NSA scaremongers' stupid, winds up making itself look stupid. I see a second round of administration coming....
Am I the only person that sees tales of link and thinks a crazy Nintendo-Namco Zelda crossover game is coming?
Pacter: My career is dying and I'm dragging Vita, WiiU down with me
I was physically upset when Skyrim won GOTY from so many sites and magazines when the lack of polish on the game was so atrocious. I understand that I played on the PS3 and probably had to deal with more issues than people playing on 360 or PC but even those versions had LOTS of problems. I had to stop playing around the 100 hr mark because even the tricks like turning off the system weren't working to fix the lag anymore and when a patch finally came being so excited to see that the lag ...
I'm not talking about everything that comes out on a Nintendo console just what N makes themselves or the games they have a big role in. I never expect something like Carnival Games or many of the crap titles that came out on the NES (TMNT and the unobtainable pizza come to mind) to adhere to anything that resembles 'quality' control :P. The games like Zelda or Metroid, the in house stuff, and games that come from bigger companies or through second party like Monolith Soft tend to...
I stopped buying most games new because of this kind of thing. Skyrim on PS3 was a horror show for me after 40 hours and damn near unplayable at 60. A freezing glitch during autosaving in Mass Effect 2 corrupted my entire hard drive and erased EVERYTHING, forcing me to send my system in to get repaired. The B.A. rank glitch hit me in Borderlands 2 and completely screwed my rank perks. Some of these things get fixed later on but if the game isn't a huge success or the initial first patch ...
This needs a true console sequel so bad and the WiiU could make it so fantastic. When the gamepad was first shown off Okami was the first thing that came to mind for a game that could really show off the potential of the system and the uses of touch screen. This is not a series that deserves to be left behind for top 10 forgotten franchises articles in the future.
Whatevs, etiquette is for *insert console name* fanboys and idiot twits! LLOLOOLOLOLL! Now it's time to go spread misinformation and not read articles before commenting how dumb they are and how dumb all the people that actually read them are!LLOOLOOLLOLOLOLOL!
Seriously though I agree 100% with this, especially about not becoming like the YouTube comments section. That place holds more mentally ill babble than a Honey Boo Boo episode....
You forgot about spam promising to make you $7,879 an hour by just checking out this website my step sister went to.
AND, this is a wonderful article.
PLEASE be good, I fail to understand how no one can make a decent Aliens ANYTHING anymore, this game will be the last chance I give Aliens for another decade or so.
Kinda off topic but how about a Predator game that doesn't increase the national suicide rate as well, I may be asking for too much but just one great game is all I'm looking for. At least throw one in a Batman game or something...
Ohhhh, exciting! I hope it gets a Wii U stretch goal.
I had all of these problems at the very beginning but by the end of the demo almost all of those concerns were gone. It's something new, there's a learning curve but it's not a steep one. I agree about the camera zoom though, I'd like to have a little more control over that as well but it's nowhere near a deal breaker. To each their own I guess, but I was wonderfully impressed, so says Mr. Stewart...
Wow. Just wow. This game is pretty amazing, nice to see Platinum making something cool and NEW that takes great advantage of the gamepad. So ready for the release!
There's too much competition in gaming period. I wouldn't say so if it were just the 3 consoles but with PC, mobile, indie, handhelds and more I can definately say that either someone needs to leave or the industry needs to diversify gaming more between all its different facets. Anyone remember the 90's? Neo Geo, 3DO, Turbographix 16, Jaguar, 32X, Virtual Boy, Tiger GAME (I think tha's what it was called...) and many others came and then got the F@#% out cause the market could...
Yea, my aunt told me that my step cousins twice removed sister with a strange love for baby making JRPGs and an unhealthy addiction to realistic cream cheese simulator games makes $70 a year in gift cards by posting content on the internet. Find out more at www.n4g.com .....JK
Congrats to all the winners, you guys (and girls?) rock! Now back to reporting spam....
And I thought technology was going to make us smarter...
This is a awesome article, wish stuff like this was more popular than the mostly mindless 'PS4 Wins!' Or '5 reasons XBONE will shoot your grandma' articles
