No its not so much as Sony fanboys. But more people who are anti-Nintendo.
I'm one of them. I grew up with nintendo. But instead of nintendo growing up with me. They left me so they can chase after a mainstream audience or "casual" gamers. They left us in the dust. And we moved on to better consoles that actually care about us and grew up with us.
You nintendo fanboys have serious Stockholm syndrome. Wake Up and smell the coffee. I'll be...
Lol
Ummm the pictures in the article. Maybe they just added it in. But yeah. Remove article please.
Prince Ali, you nailed it in the head. But the Nintendo defense force wont understand reason or common sense.
Plus, most free games on mobile earn money from ad revenue. And give options to remove ads for a fee. So nintendo is going after the wrong crowd again.
In Europe they only play two games. Fifa and Grand turismo.
And people literally buy consoles for just that.
And for the people saying, why would anyone buy a console for just one game. Well because it's their passion. Back when I was in high school. I lived and breathed only basketball. Everything revolved around basketball and NBA. I could name every player in every team and I would roughly know the standings of the divisions by heart.

Lol, there's a difference between people announcing support and actually supporting it.
That's what happened to the wiiu. All these publishers came out and said they will support it. Only to flop later on.
No.
All nintendo handhelds sold well, back in the day. But now it most definitely won't.
Since the advent of smartphones, and the availability of it (even 10 year olds are carrying powerful smartphones.) the mass production of free to play apps.
Now there is no need to get handhelds anymore. Especially if it doesn't fit easily in your pockets.
Top notch comments, for the both of ya's. (Doomedx and Gwiz)
*tips hat
I bought this on day one. Still never played or installed. I have to finish skyrim and the withcher 3 dlc before I can start this hopefully the technical issues get fixed by the time I'm ready to start playing it.
If you've been following gaming for as long as I have. Pachter was always pro nintendo. On gametrailers shows where he appeared he always defended nintendo in the begining of the Wii Era. While the other host and guests bashed it's lack of games, support and graphics. He always did. And he got critical for good reason after the wiiu disaster.

It was downloaded a lot. More than 30million supposedly. But hardly anyone bought it after the trial run. It's free to play for the first level or so. Then it charges $10.
No. The only people that will pay for a game are core gamers. Or parents of core gamers (if their young and have no job). Mainstream and casual gamers won't spend too much. A great example was the massive amounts of people who bought nintendo wii. None of them ended up buying games except for 1 or 2. Same with mobile gamers. Majority of them want it free. Why pay $10 for a good mario game. When other great mobile games, that are arguably better, is free.
@In my opinion
Are you serious? Did you even read the article? You fan boys need to wake up.
Downloads don't mean sales. Meaning people downloaded it thinking it's free but only the first part was free. Then people were asked to pay $10 for the game. And mobile gamers are spoiled so they didn't pay. And it didn't translate to sales. Hence why their stocks went down.
It's called being smart and not wasting money. :)
As long as they fix the "purity" mission bug, where I'm told I have a follower (but I dont) and I can't complete the missions and I can't get cured of lychanthropy. And oh yeah, if random followers could stop floating up into the sky like helium balloons, that'd be great.
Reference the ad please and be more specific on how
It's just a speculation. So someone confirmed your speculation lol.
I use it to rent movies as well on the psn. And I use it to watch YouTube. I have a 65" Sony 3d HDTV with a 5.1 surround sound. And I can't watch movies on any thing else.
Why does this game have a drastically different range of scores.
With that price (299.99 usd), good luck Nintendo. You're going to need it. (It's off season too.)
I would assume people would rather get the other two established consoles, which already has an increasing library of games and an established and reliable network. Or even their pricier upgrades (pro/scorpio).
Only the Nintendo die hards are gonna eat this up. The same crew that bought wiiu.
And charging for online too? Come on Ni...
