I completely agree! It's so annoying. Hype a game years early and with a trailer that doesn't represent gameplay and wonder why sales fall short? Hmmm....
I could easily tell the trailer was CGI with the camera angles they used. What I don't like is when trailers like that are used and when the game comes out it's not representing the final product at all. Sooner or later people are going to just brush off trailers because they're (many times) all lies. I want to see a trailer that represents the game, no bs and not cut corners. Now I would like to think these new systems can achieve graphics like this. Especially in a fighting game...
What's crazy is I'm starting to see a lot of hype for this game. I was thinking there was none, or very little. I know I'm excited!
I wouldn't mind a decent COD again. I really miss the cod4 days and MW2 (loved the spec ops missions)
I agree I think the word "beta" is being overused already. Games with betas still come out glitchy and half-assed.
Nemesis was the scariest IMO too. Every time I heard that music I was like "oh, SH**!" Lol (I was usually low on ammo already)

I believe games are announced too early. You'd think by now that companies would realize this. When you try and create hype by announcing a game too early the hype disappears by the time the get releases. That means less sales! Not to mention the "downgrades" many get even with delays and then DLC tacked on meer weeks after. Companies are shooting themselves in the foot this gen, I'm already seeing it. I haven't played enough of Watch Dogs yet to get a good opinion, but ...
There is no perfect game anymore if you ask me. Always delays and still can't get it right

I wonder what Watch Dogs was played on. I have to admit, the NPC comparison at the beginning disappoints me. Foliage, night scenes, and even indoors look awesome in WD though. It's too bad the game isn't out today, I'd be playing right now!
I've been kind of thinking the same thing. Seems like a lot of companies show games we already know of. The HD remakes shouldn't make it to E3 IMO
There's so many good games coming out! I'm looking forward to this one. Hopefully it won't be too much longer

I agree with you. Nowadays I haven't had the same feeling as I used to get with many many games in the past. Not necessarily Atari games, but yeah. PSOne and N64 had a lot, SNES had some.... Miss those days :/

I've seen a few people wonder exactly what you do. You know if you really want a choice you have one.... Go out and actually buy the game you want. Plus is great. It has its ups and downs. Things given out for free are more a token of gratitude than anything else. They (Sony) don't "owe" us anything if you actually stop and think about it
