That's why I never believe that argument about consoles lacking power. It takes developers an entire generation to use it in the first place.
I checked all sorts of places yesterday and they were already sold out. Such a bummer, but I guess. I still have so many games to catch up on so maybe it's a good thing. I'll still be getting a PS5 as soon as I can though

I'm not worried about the increased price for games. For 2 generations they were the same. It's all right.

When I saw this story from Bloomberg I'll admit I was bummed. Then I was wondering if the story has truth to it. Glad to see it was false and that they were quick to respond
I do agree that something had to be done to make game making process quicker. I know with all that work on just the cars it really slows the process down. I hope this works out
along with current gen console sales as those are Xbox as well....
I'm scared for the next one. Six will require another hand...
How do we refer to their first console if this is "supposed to be" Xbox? They really should start thinking harder about their naming shemes

It's ok if you're new to gaming, but the 64 meant 64bit. As in the N64 was the first 64bit console
It really bothers me when companies do this. They had an Xbox already. It was their first console and competed with the PS2 and GameCube. Did that not happen?

What gets me is fans of other consoles (and probably PS as well) got on Nintendo because of the underpowered hardware with the Switch. Is it ok now? Sure many will say it's only the GPU in the Series S but "only" 4TF is a huge difference as well.

I'm ready to get a PS5 too. Hopefully preorders open back up again and I can get one. No luck so far, but I've got a lot of games to catch up on in the meantime
