Zombie Apocalypse was fun for a few hours.
Heh, apart from the carrier mission I can't remember much about the BF3 campaign, I might play through it again at the weekend. They really need to make this co-op or attach some unlockables to the campaign like they do with Gears and Halo, the co-op in BF3 was pretty wishy washy but it would have been fun to have those missions in the campaign.
Ghod..Free to play = pay to win = pass, and yes, it was fine the way it was, maybe not the best tower defence game I've played but I put many hours into it.
Define "Racist" and define "was"...see what I mean?
The word "Racist" was coined by Leon Trotsky in his history of the Russian revolution. The word is a slur meant to demonise people who would not accept Soviet domination, such as the Ukranians, Chechens,Kyrgyz and other ethnic groups. We all know what happened to these "Racists" don't we,if you don't then google "Holodomor".
When someone calls you a racist today it mea...
What this article is complaining about is that repeating the what the "bad guys"say in this game is politically incorrect. Anti Racists are more worried about controlling the words people use and the thoughts they have than actually combating any real "Racist" acts. Bioshock Infinite is more about White Supremacy, which is different to "Racism", it has different origins and is a political construct used to privilege a class of people and enable their hegemony. A...
Yeah but if you're getting stomped in BF3 it's depressing because you know that there's no excuse, that if you're losing it means that you're just not good enough. Whereas in COD there are a lot more things which can kill you, it's more a game of chance and luck than skill, the defeats are less maddening and in that sense COD is more relaxing as a pastime.
The real fun was in co-op.
Oh I admit I'm a crappy pilot, I'm a mediocre gamer at best but I can still score points in AS, I just think it's boring and a bit twee. The jets work well in the overall BF3 experience because they make matches unpredictable and because they're in limited supply, but AS is just predictable, the only strategy is in trying to keep low and capture blimps. I mean, why don't we have a BF3 mode where everyone has to play as a sniper or with only pistols or frags like in Halo?
Well they could have just gone with some crappy Facebook game tie in to the show, we need to keep an open mind on this one, I'm interested to see how this turns out.
It's pretty funny running over campers and snipers because the bikes are so fast, they almost never see it coming, Vrrrooom..roadkill LOL
Air superiority is the only lame mode, CTF is fine though, the MAV really comes into it's own in CTF, as long as people know the C4 is on the flag they can chuck a grenade on it before they capture, CTF just requires a little bit more thought than the other modes.
The TDM maps for the new content are also pretty good, they're compact and have heaps of cover, the rooftop campers don't really have too much of an advantage and you get a lot of really intense chokepoint figh...
Second actually, Final Fantasy XI has been played on consoles for years. I'm disappointed to learn it's using the pay to win model, so the people with money get to win all the PvP matches and drive all the younger and poorer players away, don't think I'll be buying this game unless all the micro transaction stuff is just cosmetic effect for your character.
Yeah, they do and CTF works well because with 12 players on a map that size a team isn't spread too thin, you can still have people defending, attacking and harassing in vehicles.
Heh, they'd want to extend the life of Horizon, I finished the game in about 4 or 5 days, I got all the achievements except for the signs, and I only had about five of those to go but I wanted to take the game back inside the return period at EB.
Don't buy their games at launch, wait a couple of months,it's not the games which are the problem it's this consumer mindset which says "Gimme, Gimme, Gimme, Now, Now, Now!". Everyone knows multiplayer games get better with age and anyone who says the BF3 DLC was a rip off is just talking nonsense. As for the custom server "issues" I just hit Colonel last night and I've had a total of one "incident", got kicked for shooting down a mod with the SA-...
I liked KOA it but it's one fault is that it's way too easy even on the higher difficulty.
Just find an empty Armoured Kill server and play around with the jets, the best way to learn to fly choppers is to play the co-op mission "Fire From The Sky" until you get the hang of it.
After the rounds I played this morning I swear I'd have been better off with AI team mates whatever the scenario, how is it possible, in a 500% ticket TDM for 9 of the people on your team to have less than ten kills apiece and less than ten deaths?
I'm a BF3 man so I don't mind snipers and campers so much but the reality is that most people suck at both.Playing cat and mouse with a genuinely good player is part of the fun but I'll never understand the player who will sit right next to his spawn beacon at the edge of the map, or at the top of a crane round after round and be satisfied with two or three kills per game.
The controls were too clunky and the viewpoint too close,it was a good idea, I actually liked it enough to play through twice but yeah, most of it was meh, especially the multiplayer, why no ghost runs or co-op instead of a lame TDM mode?
