I hate, hate, hate Guy Fieri, but this seems like it would be fun if it were for the Kinect or Move.
Personally, I too am tired of sequels. I like having a few here and there, but I want more new IPs too. Developers aren't being creative anymore.
I remember being so excited when I heard about this place...and then being so disappointed when I realized how far they are.
Most of the games I haven't finished are just because I have so many games in my backlog. I play a little bit of a few of them and then focus on one game until I complete it. In the meantime, I end up getting 5 more freakin' games. Developers need to stop making games for a year. Seriously.
Maybe a silly question, but is there any news on upcoming console patches? Oh hell, I'll just go look it up myself...

I doubt it, but I do think the playing field will become a bit more level (which I think is ideal). Doesn't matter much either way, though; I'm just glad that there's finally stuff coming out for the PS3 that I want to play. I'm just now starting to feel like I got my money's worth.
Scores are just there for PR's and lazy readers. If anything, giving an "improper" score is more like playing a prank on those people just to see if they're paying attention.

I've always loved Nintendo for not giving in to the pressure to make everything "hardcore". After 25+ years, their games are still ridiculously fun, even if the stories are shallow and the characters are cutesy.

They still relied heavily on encampments, trenches, and other defenses. I imagine this game might focus more on offensive strategy, but so did the later levels of the first Toy Soldiers. Taking direct control of tanks and planes was pretty crucial, so I think this setting can work out without there being too many changes. Besides, there aren't enough games about the 80's!
