Stands for "unified memory" right? There was an article posted about this months ago.
"hUMA is a cache coherent system, meaning that the CPU and GPU will always see a consistent view of data in memory. If one processor makes a change then the other processor will see that changed data, even if the old value was being cached."
I remember Mark Cerny saying that both the CPU and GPU can access the same pool of memory. Thus PS4 supports "...
I'll have Killzone ShadowFall. Buy the time TitanFall launches on Xbox One, Infamous Second Sony will be releasing. The Order1886 will be right around the corner also. What resolution does this game run @ I have yet to see any 1080p direct feed screenshots.
It seems to remove some of the deadzones that plagued Dualshock3. I still don't understand how people say that dualshock3 was bad for shooters, when I never had a problem with it. To know that the responsiveness has been tightened though excites me.
The guy commentating says "left bumper" and "A". I think he doesn't realize he's playing the ps4 version.
I think the "1 million" has to be from North America, Canada, and UK. I know for a fact it's almost impossible for track number in other territories.
@APe007, @Rainstorm81
I don't think anyone is doubting the gameplay of TitanFall. It looks wonderful in motion and it runs at a brilliant 60fps. I hope TitanFall does well because it would be retribution for the ex Infinity Ward guys. With that said, these are just modified versions of John Carmack's Doom 3 engine. His engine prioritizes frames per second over textures. He has built another one but i think it's exclusive to ID software (RAGE-mega textures).
Gakai have real servers not virtual ones. They have a Guineas World Record showing this. Virtual Server aren't the same thing. They aren't as stable as physical servers. While they are cheaper than physical servers, they are more prone to crashes.
how is this mocking Sony?
@N4rc and @Falviousuk
Because arguments like this would be mute. You would know with 100% certainty that these would remain exclusive. Mass Effect and Bioshock being prime example of "so-called" exclusives that found their way to Sony's PS3. And yes, I said Nintendo because even they bolster a larger first party than Microsoft.
@Falviousuk,
LMAO this is why you need first party because Sony doesn't need to buy exclusives. Naughty Dog...
doubters out there after seeing that trailer.

This part floored me.
again?

Come one man, I don't know if you're just ill-informed or trolling. Either way, you're wrong. Sony show live streaming, join games in progress, and uploading photos. We haven't seen how twitch works on Xbox One yet.
how much you say it, it won't change the fact that Microsoft funded the development. This is the only reason why this game was even released at all. This is my only gripe with Microsoft. Instead of using that money to invest in some first party studios and new talent, you just buy exclusives. This tells me they're not as serious as Sony and Nintendo when it comes to games.
OFF TOPIC: I didn't know Naughty Dog was a SONY first party studio.
why do people at like remote play between system is a unique feature? You have been able to do this with the ps3 and PlayStation Portable. It worked fine then I don't see why I wouldn't work now. I think people are just trying to start a fire where there's no smoke.
Dying Light?
just throwing out a bunch of "if" scnearios to validate your point. Microsoft is having yield issues. Even with all of Xbox One's changes, it hasn't stopped developers releasing exvlusively on PS4. Microsoft has yet to win a majority of gamers over with Kinect. I believe Microsoft is launching one week later anyway in North America.
but I'm sure they showed gameplay. I guess you're suggesting they show a match being set up and played. I think that might actually happened when the games are on the show floor.
@WrAiTh,
They announced exclusive content for a game show running only on the competitors machine. So that gameplay in the trailer they showed at Gamescom was on a ps4 or PC.
One number and two words folks
"95 member team"
They are not some huge studio. They usually receive help from Santa Monica Studios, but they're working on their own next gen titles. Sony will probably allocate resources where they're needed after the launch has past.
