It's a known facts devleopers do a half assed job on the Ps3, because they graduated from a crappy college of programing. These guys are not lazy, they aren't smart enough to program for a multi-core processor. As for graphics, just compare Uncharted / Rachet & Clank / Lair / or any other exclusive game to any other game out there and you well see the potential of the system.
Lazy developers doesn't mean the system is inferior, it means people are LAZY.
After a certain count PIXLES no longer MATTER.. For still immages 10m polygons is more then enough for your eye. So, why would you want a 20m polygon camera etc..? There is nothing beyond HD, since your eye won't notice a difference.
It talks about consoles shipped, not sold.. everyone should know this by now. Keep in mind, Microsoft considers units shipped as units sold. Also, they can't be trusted with numbers.. remember 10mil in 06 that never happened?

Installing games only let's you load data form disk faster.. unless you are talking about 2 disks one install and another play.. then you would need some massive amount of space. Like current PC games.. that take up to 5gb of space or more. It's simply not a feasible option.

The Xbox 360 RROD warranty hasn't even been a year old, more like 6 months. As for the Ps3 "issues" they are limited and at a acceptable industry standard or rather below the industry rate of %5.

Sony had been leading sales in the past 3 months, only this month has it had less SKU sales (by a meger margin of 5k). Even in the U.S. Microsoft is having problems.. and with the release of MGS4 things are going to get tighter.

Blu-Ray disks are read at a constant speed, while DVDs are read at a slower speed as it gets closer to the center. HD-DVD / Blu-Ray are read at a constant speed, so it stays constant 1x throughout. While, DVDs (DVD9) well read at 14x to 4x as it gets to the second layer.
Sony isn't going to make $$ from GTA4 sales.. as for casual gamers all they know is GTA = Ps3. It's Microsofts job to inform the casual gamer about GTA4 and Xbox 360. Sony doesn't need to advertise anything, on the other hand your going to see a HANDFULL of ads by Microsoft in the coming days.
