100 percent agree. Has you seen how much DLC there is for Hyrule Warriors? And it isnt just garbage themes or wardrobe changes. Alot of it is good solid stuff as well as MK8. Also a lot of Nintendo DLC is free. Plus they are tieing games together. Captain Toad ties in with Mario 3D World very well and adds new playable stages as Captain Toad and the Inkling Amiibos unlock challenge modes in Splatoon which is a form of DLC in a way. Definitely a welcome way of delivering DLC. I like it.
This game is freaking fantastic and I actually agree with every bit of these recommendations. Although covering your home base does nab you some fast easy points.

Why so we can have only consoles on the market that crash and lock up all the time. Make fun of Nintendo consoles all you want, it wont change my mind about them. However, Nintendo makes quality stuff that works flawlessly years later. My XB1 locks up, PS4 already crashed and cant be fixed and Sony wants 275 dollars to fix it. Whether it sold out or not it sold over 150k in 2.5 days! That is freaking amazing for Nintendo/New IP/Shooter in Japan. It is actually great numbers for any first weekend release in one country for any game! They are even sold out in a couple stores here in texas. So yeah I am pretty sure this will be way over 300k worldwide in first week. So I definitely agree with you.
Please fine one huge AAA first Party Nintendo game that is for sale below $45 on the Wii U. The only ones are Wonderful 101 (not exactly first party) and Captain Toad (which launched at only $40). You will be waiting for a couples years to pick this up that cheap I believe.

At least their console is always 100 or 150 dollars cheaper than the others. Almost as good with 100 percent better exclusives that do not require day one patches and their system always comes with a game to enjoy out of the box. Hell sometimes two or three.

Nintendo has free online gaming, and backwards compatability. They dont have mods, but I dont the think 5 or 6 hundred price tag these things will carry is worth only to open it up and void the warranty on it with mods. Good luck with yours though.
Virtually same graphics or marginally better than PS4 and XB1, without mario or LOZ, Halo, Gears of War, Metal Gear, or Uncharted, Gran Turismo, Forza, Star Fox or Mario Kart and starting at $150 higher than XB1 and PS4 and almost $200 higher than Wii U.

These are good and safe predictions. There will be something announced that will make evryone go WHAT! WOW!. So these predictions are good but I am still waiting for that one announcement they make that will blow us away.
By the way DLC and Microtransactions are not the same IMO. DLC is fine. When I think Microtransactions I think buy this outfit, buy this cool gun, buy this new character. Legitimate DLC should help keep the game going by adding new ways to sink hours of gameplay in to. Meaning new levels and new missions or new modes of play.
