''If that leaked document is correct it looks like most of the new IPs coming from Sony's Europe devs will be day one PS5 and PC.''

Yes, that is referencing live service games, which ties into Jim Ryan's report that Sony plans to bring 25% of their games to PC, another 25% to mobile and the 50% will remain on PS5 only. It implies nothing on SONY leaving platform exclusivity behind, as i doubt they want to piss off their loyal fanbase and further can...

Rest in peace, it's a sad state of affairs. I will never support war of any kind, especially since i have seen and experienced the last war in Europe that preceded the current one.

It's also sad how easily gullible a lot of you folks are in the comments. I sure as hell don't trust Russian propaganda, any more than the western propaganda (especially from the likes of USA, that call this a ''illegal war'' (...) which is adorable when you look at th...

That's modern industry.

All it takes is one product refresh that is good or at least better than the last, for people to forget (or act ignoramus) for the developers/publishers past misgivings.

And this is not only exclusive to CDPR by any means. Rockstar (TakeTwo) is a prime example of this. You can bet top dollar, most of the people bashing the company today, will be a happy lil trooper once they get their hands on the next time sink GTA6.

''Keep bashing them until they no longer exist??''

If we were talking about some other studios, that does not literally rake in millions from their Digital Storefront, that part would make sense.

But considering, we are talking about a studio that paraded in 2012 and onwards on how better they are than others and using statements like ''We will show the industry how its done!'' all while criticizing other scummy bussiness m...

From purely gameplay perspective, definitely and it has set the bar for Third-Person-Shooters in general.

1080p and 1440p with 60 FPS is what most average-gamer really needs (IMO).

It's articles like this, that actually remind me Stadia is still alive.

''Consoles end up being almost twice their ticket cost if you factor in the audacity of wanting to play your games online.''

Not sure which metric or statistics are you using to make such conclusion, ESPECIALLY on the ''almost twice their ticket costs'' past.

First i will make one thing clear, for people that have no interest to play online games and have monthly sales / monthly game selections, things like PS Plus is a shi...

GWG were already of questionable quality even before GP launched IMO.

That is not to say PS Plus (today's essential) didn't start to do the same around 2019/2020, but I can still say with confidence it was still a better option overall in monthly game selection.

Something inherently wrong with that?

Anyone rational will see this much. I fail to see how a single anime adaptation of arguably mediocre-product can change that product from being a (...) less mediocre-product? This is overlooking the fact that CDPR management and marketing did a lot of questionable practices.

It's one thing to have a rough buggy launch, it's another when you manipulate reviews, do scanty marketing, and overall underdeliver in the final product quality overall (story, RPG gameplay an...

''They're obviously not trying to make the PS5 look underpowered, but the truth is the PS5 is about on the performance level of a 2070 and we're still early into the generation.''

If consoles were just a Low-Mid range PCs, yet again, your argument would hold water. But like most, you forget one factual thing. They are not. Starting from different development environment set for each platform, both hardware/software wise...

''Consoles are good bang for your buck, but comparisons like this are dumb in cases like this.''

Not at all, it shows how much optimization can inherently help when it comes to overall results in single-piece of HW to series of different HW configurations.

''It also doesn't take into account all the tweaking you can do in the background that can make games look far better in general.''

I see quite oft...

1. New account
2. Nonsensical comment history
3. High dosage of copium

Just another day on N4G articles about "Muh graphics" comparisons.

Some of you (this applies to both console and PC gamers alike) really need to work on your purchase insecurities.

How about ... a new IP?

Uncharted had a satisfying ending, with no loose ends for all major characters. What else can we ask for?

Honestly I don't think E3 will ever reach the old greatness.

Honestly i would have never imagined the system like that in the likes of GTA or RDR. But the more i think about it, i can actually see it working. For example, in RDR a bounty that has wounded you and escaped would gain another advantage (and thus granting a bonus in rewards).

Even tho i think Shadow of War was a step back in some regards (looking past the controversies of MTXs), i still fondly remember my time in Shadow of Mordor.

However, made up that ''Nemesis System'' deserves a very high recognition in video-game development history. Such a shame, we wont see its like in any other games not owned by WB.
