@MadLad If they had access to development tools (actual mod support) i would agree. But considering none of the Sony first party games have mod support, this is pretty much it. HZD released 2 years ago, GOW nearly a year ago, and the small number of mods that they do have are *mostly* average-shaders and cheat menus/save files.
If people are expecting Bethesda level of modding, they are in for a rude awakening.

MGSV:TPP has set the bar when it comes to stealth AND action in one package, and unfortunately that bar is yet to be beat. The amount of freedom alone has not been topped by even the sequel (TLOU2).
