SoD2 is actually a great game, even thou it's not close to games loke TloU, Days Gone etc, but those are totally different genres.

Heatsink is a "requirement" if you install an extra SSD, and if people skip that part, well that's on them.
Is like playing on a PS1 upside down or using a X360 on the washing machine while playing, and then cry for scratches on you disc.
You're obviously not into story driven games, and that's alright.
I guess you don't like other masterpieces like MGS, Last of Us, God of War etc either

Just ahead of the demo, everyone talked about Starfield, some talked about TotK being GOTY, and the the demo released and now, every big gaming outlet and content creator is talking about FFXVI, and how it might be the one game to tale the GOTY from TotK.
That is what I would call, a "Marketing Genius move"
FFXVI demo is by far the best one, but me personally bought:
Brave Fencer Musashi for FFVIII demo, which was great.
Zone of the Enders for MGS2 demo, which was a masterpiece.
And I think the FFX demo come with FFVI, which was also great.
Anyways, FFXVI takes the place as best demo ever released 👍

In my opinion, both Extra and Premium has delivered.
Sparse on PS1 and PS2 classics, but those are not the reason I pay for Premium anyways.

SoD2 was released mid 2018, so why would SoD3 been shown before that?
It doesn't but want to please even the trolls.
Therefor the patch on 300mb is optional.
For me, the demo (which is an old build) runs perfectly well.

So you're referring to a Demo of a game that ain't even released, where a day 1 patch on wooping 300mb has been promised.
I however, do like mid gen updates, but using FFXVI as an example of why we would need one, is clearly not a legit reason.
I play the demo in Resolution mode, and have only had small stuttering during last boss fight, but not that it was hurting my gameplay or feelings.
Also, they've already said there will be a day 1 patch, around 300mb, which you don't have to apply if you don't like.
Yoshi P is doing everything perfectly well, and being open and honest with all their decisions.

Well, Octopath Traveler was kept away from Playstation, so it have happened, but sure, that was last gen which makes even less sense.
