Played them all, and no... Not at all like FFXVI except parts of the combat
FFXV didn't realese on PC until later, but there are other points making this text absolutely garbage.
Like, FFXV was released on a Tuesday, in Black Week.
It's getting underrated, due to not being on Xbox
It didn't, the article is just making you believe so.
FFXV released on a Tuesday during Black Week
Ofc a full week of sales during Black Week will be more than 1/2 days of sale in the summer.
If this game was also released on Xbox, it'd be a maximum of 5-10% extra in sales, buy to the cost of quality of the game.
A lot of important points are missing out.
For starters, 29th of November, 2016 was a Tuesday, amd sales data was based on the whole week.
Which days are included in FFXVI sales data is not written, but my guess would be, only Thursday, maybe Friday.
Also, 29th of November is in the span when chrsitmas gifta are purchased.
I am 99% certain, this game will sell close to, if not more than FFXV in it's first 6 months.
Well, every game is on PS3, so with that lofic, Vol.1 is not needed at all.
@sadraiden
Well I game on everything, also my $3500 PC, but mainly for VR, MMO's and Sandbox.
Even thou I have a nerdy PC, I never chose framerate before resolution. I'm one of those happy gamers that have been able to enjoy games from all eras, even before 60fps was a think.
I will sad for those teens or grown up PC elitist that never had the opportunity to play great games that never reached 60fps.
It feels just like any Final Fantasy, even more so due to the focus on the Eikons and Crystals, which is one of the biggest parts of Final Fantasy.
Also the music screams Final Fantasy, and so the quality and storytelling.
The 24% progress you see is not through the game, but that specific chapter.
There is no way for you to see how many percent into the game you are, which is good.
I wouldn't wanna know how far a long I am.
I read "Dominant" and all I can think about is getting back to FFXVI... Damn I hate working sometimes 😅
Said quest id almost impossible to miss, even if you just run through the story, as the questgiver is on the only path you can walk at that point, and the delivery is on the only way you reach destination of both mainquest and "sidequest".
You don't need an article or guide for "how to obtain" when it's right infront of the gamer.
Or did they also write articles of "how to walk/run", "how to use a shop", &qu...
Delayed the game so what, the 0.5% elitist that cries about bad performance, when it's actially good enough, great even for the other 99,5%?
I've played 30 hours and not a single time have I ever thought this game had bad performance, but then again, I enjoy playing games in 30fps and always chose Resolution mode.
You don't have to play the game, but let the millions of us who's enjoying it, do it. You can pretend it's delayed until it's pat...
Indeed.
Only real issue I have, is that I've slept way to little last 40 hours.
FFXVI is a masterpiece, and will be talked about for a long time.
Not gonna click the clickbait link, but it's done "By playing the game.... "
What about the only 2 we care about?
Starfield and ES6 😏
Performance runs 60fps perfectly well when it's needed, which is in combat.
Outside combat it dips and will probably be patched shortly.
Even DF is impressed with how polish this game is, which is a big statement. Watch the video, grow a beard and play games you like instead.
It's coming to PS4/PS5 aswell according to SquareEnix.
Sadly, millions of gamers care about reviews, as they can't affors every game they want.
I however have never cared, and always bought the games that looks interesting to me.
Glad for that, or I'd miss out on gems like Days Gone and Forspoken to mention 2 slaughtered games I loved.
Well, Days Gone got slaughtered by reviewers and therefor the game sold badly (before discounts etc).
When Days Gone was released, it got a day 1 patch and was a great, fantastic even, game that got overlooked by loads.
So opinions is one thing, but if you are a journalist and have thay as a job, you should be better aware what makes a game great, good or bad.
I don't like Breath of the Wild at all, but still I understand it's a masterpie...
Sounds like you were late to FFXII and only played Zodiac edition.
FFXII is a great game, still today, and with Zodiac, it became even better.
