Yeah I think i spent more then 600 actually, it was around Christmas so my brother helped me with the price, i have a phenom II X4 970 BE 3,5 GHZ, a 650w antec psu, a antec case with a 140mm fan and a 120mm fan, my brother already had a 500 gb harddrive he let me use, and i had 8 gb corsair ram, and considering that my cpu can be overclocked to around 4.5 ghz, its a really good setup, your right though it was probably 700. But it may have been less we found some extremely good deals.

Im a pc gamer, but I still got to give ND some applause, they have made some games that i didn't think could be done on a console, and they did this with a 6 year old system!
550 TI is not enough to be considered a super pc... I own a gtx 570, there are only 2 nvidia cards more powerful then it, and it plays BF3 at ultra settings with everything maxed at 60 + fps... so maybe its time for this guy to upgrade...

Yeah i just got done building one with a GTX 570 and a phenom ii X4 970 3.5 ghz. Its amazing, also get BF3!!! the graphics on it blow everything else away, i have played crysis 1 and 2, but bf3 looks much more real then both. Also the multiplayer is amazing
Yeah, but its a pc exclusive which is awesome, because that means the graphics will be really good... and the game will not have the restraints of consoles

Yeah man! Just got my gtx 570 pc built, and played BF3 i was stunned !!! I had played crysis 2 on pc, and it was a step up from consoles but left me underwhelmed, played crysis vanilla, same thing... then i played BF3 i was blown away!!! I have since modded crysis and BF3 still is the winner by a longshot... The only thing i haven't played yet is metro 2033 and witcher 2
Definitely a interesting idea, but in the whole scheme of things i dont see how digital distribution of "video games" leads to communism, dont get me wrong, im worried about America, and i think if we dont change things america is headed for socialism, but digital distribution of games isn't the big issue...

There is a big rumor going around that they are going to have a dlc pack with maps set in nyc. Imagine Times square or the freedom tower being rendered by frostbite 2, they have another chance to blow us away again! Also i heard their are going to be 4 dlc packs
