Their pc requirments are wrong. They said GTX 560 or a Radeon 6950, when the actual requirements are a 6850 or a GTX 560. Also a GTX 560 TI is comparable to a Radeon 6950, and these cards should max out BF3, but a normal GTX 560 or radeon 6850 will play it on high
Yeah, I agree with you but this is IGN... Also if they compared it to the pc version, the pc version should have had 1080p. They also didn't say what setting the pc version was at.

correct. Sometimes people will want a refresh rate that is a multiple of 24 too, because movies run at 24hz, but 60 hz is better for video games

Yeah, i forgot those games, also it looks like UC3 and crysis 1 and 2 are the only games that allow swimming underwater.
@ dragon, i agree, just lately there have been more games that allow swimming, but there use to be very few. But now we have BF3 which has swimming, Crysis 1 and 2, and of course Uncharted 3
going to get the pc version. But in this comparison it generally looks like 360 has better textures, and ps3 has better lighting, still the difference is so small that it doesn't really matter, so buy this great game.
Pretty good build but you will definitely need more then a 500W power supply, unless you dont plan on overclocking. But you could get a GTX 560 TI(close to radeon 6950) and a 500W PS and with everything could have a 520$ pc build, but a 600W would be required for overclocking.
Yeah, adding AF as well as a higher res will definitely push the pc version on low above the console version.

Though i prefer pc, i have a ps3 for games like this, and i can't deny how awesome this game looks, and IGN just gave away the coveted 10.... this must be a extremely awesome game. Agree if you agree, also.. it looks like ps3 and pc are the place for the best exclusives. Anyways, couldn't be more happy for the naughty gods!
preach it! When are people gonna realize that comparing these low res photos shows nothing, get a picture of the pc version at 1080p and the 360 version at 704p and you will see the huge difference..
the maldo hd 3.0 mod makes crysis 2 a masterpiece, and the best looking game ever, of course bf3 will take that title soon but for now here is a pic of it http://www.pcgameshardware....
Basically it takes most of the low res textures and replaces them with extremely high res textures, and somehow makes crysis 2 look beautiful
