Brilliant, also pc gaming isn't dying, in facts its getting more popular based off recent sales. I hate how devs say that a game didn't sell on pc because of pirating, usually its because pc gamers can tell a crappy game from a good one. For instance, crysis sold around 4 million on pc, crysis 2 sold about 0.3 million, its not because pirating went from a small problem to a national threat in 4 years, its because crysis 2 is a console game, it released with DX9! Hey man, i use to be a huge ps3 fanboy, and thought kz3 was god like, seriously, and thought everything on the 360 was a joke. Then i built my own pc with a GTX 570, and i can't explain how big the difference is, i have played about 20 hours of BF3 on the 360, and have played atleast the same on pc, and they barely looked like the same game. I started up the second level on the 360 and thought it looked ok, then i played that level on pc and was blown away at the difference, BF3 on pc loo...

I notice you are talking about the WII u, well let me throw some tech talk in. The wii u is rumored to use the radeon 4870, which can play crysis, you know the game us pc gamers freaked out about 5 years ago, but it still is old tech, my gtx 570 is around 10x more powerful then current consoles, the wii u gpu is around 5x more powerful then current consoles, the rumored 360 gpu is the radeon 6670, and that is 6x more powerful then current consoles

If all you guys dont care about the gap between pc and consoles, then why do you argue over the minute differences between ps3 and 360 multiplats ?

Why our people going crazy with all these next gen articles ? There isn't going to be anything special about them. What we have on pc right now is what consoles will have next gen. Not trying to sound elitist, im just saying that I wouldn't get your hopes up, its simply not feasible. People dont realize how big a graphics card is. Also, you need a 700w power supply to power a GTX 580, and cooling it, wouldn't be possible unless they made the consoles much bigger.

Right, they should drop close quarters, and skip to armored warfare or whatever its called. Also if i dont get the nyc level i want, I will just make it in the CE3 mod sdk, and add it to crysis 2 multiplayer.

What i want is a level in a large area of nyc around times square, with little bird's, tanks, jets, heli's... and scared pedestrians running around, as well as buildings you can go into, sounds fun right ?

What world do you live in ? Consoles games look old nowadays. Pc is a gen ahead, im just stating facts. A gtx 580, is over 10x the power of the ps3 gpu and cell, thats a generation leap. Pc games don't always look a gen ahead, but modded they definitely do. I would say that BF3 on pc looks a gen ahead though. But modded every game destroys console graphics, not to mention we also have 1080p-to 4K+resolution, and 60 fps.

In all seriousness, who believes this PR BS ? The console has been maxed since near its beginning. All they have done is optimize, and lower the game in other areas to push the graphics more
