Anything would be better than the horrible 360 controller. The D-Pad is absolutely terrible.
It looks quite average, but it should sell well, since there aren't many other exclusives on 360 this year anyway.

Fallout 3 is not really a RPG, you don't 'believe' in the world they made :
- you steal something and everybody in the world know it instantly (stupid 'karma' system from the eighties)
- want to be considered as a good man after killing 1000s people ? Easy, just give tons of purified water to the guy outside Megaton (yeah !!)
- the main quest is very short and uninspiring
- enemies partly level with you (not as bad as oblivion, but still)
- most fights are ultra ...
I definitely think MS will now let the 360 die and give up on gaming.
It's the only reason why they would close all their studios one after the other... They had only a few of them versus 27+ for Sony, so it wouldn't make sense to widen the gap, making their xbox offer even weaker.
Look at the 2008 and even worse 2009 Xbox exclusives lineup : DLC and XBox Live Arcade cheap games ? Vs Killzone 2, God of war 3, Gran Tuismo 5, Heavy Rain, FF13 Vs and 20+ others ? I mean...
