Is superior defined by slightly optimized graphics or by exclusive content, because it seems that both versions have the upper hand on the other in different respects.

Like I've said before, I own both gta4's for ps3 and 360 and they are on par, I dont see why red dead would be a step backwards in quality. Just buy it for your console of choice, end of story.

If you only buy it for the ps3, how are you going to notice? I was perfectly fine with gtaiv On both the 360 and ps3-- I actually own both games, and you know what?-- not really a big difference. Nothing that would make me say that game A is so much better than game B visually. Unless you have the bionic man's cybernetically enhanced eyes there is really nothing to get all "hot" about from any of you guys.Just enjoy it on your console of choice.

These kinds of open world games are a double edged sword. There's so much to do which is a plus. But the general Long- windedness of most of these tales can develop into a real drag if the gameplay mechanics have not been streamlined to keep you from getting tired of playing the game. It doesn't bother me too much to not finish them, but I'm hoping that this time we have an exception.

Sony has such a deep library of titles that it hasn't even touched on yet, siphon filter being one, but the the games I mentioned are ultra high on my radar. I can't imagine the epic space battles going to be fought in starhawk- and KZ3?, I don't even want to think about it in fear of getting overexcited.
But really, when am I going to find the time to play all of these games? And these are just the exclusives!
To be honest, I haven't finished it yet. In stuck on the false king and I'm deathly afraid that he'll soul suck my levels into oblivion. Have to get back on this , and a dozen other ps3 games while I'm at it.

It may look different but that does not mean that it looks worse. I played last night and thought that it looked great. People forget that this is an open world game and that the graphics aren't supposed to be super hi-fi to begin with. It looks basically the same just like last time with gtaiv. Plus- it comes with exclusive content. Only an idiot would exchange it based on a detail that you will most likely disregard half an hour into gameplay.
