Kill them with class Sony.
Games journalism at its finest. /s
Stopped reading when they used the word "there" wrong twice in the same sentence.
It's "their" nincompoops.
No way in hell am I clicking on such a preposterously labeled link. Desperate for hits much?
I find that hard to believe. Mine has not red ringed on me yet, but the scratched discs and the "disc read errors" where the games just freeze are enough to make a guy kick in walls. Games are games - they come good and they come bad, but the system itself is undeniably sub-par in quality. My issues with it are the main reason I will only buy must have exclusives for it, and the last time that happened was ME2. I haven't turned it on since beating it.
Looks sweet. With this and Killzone 3 my fps quota will be filled for the year.
Whenever a new kid strolls into town, he wants to look up the best gunslinger for miles around and start some static, hoping to make a name for himself.
Isn't bawdycount multiplat? I'm soooooo sure that it will be a more refined product than the PS3 exclusive Killzone 3. /s
You must mean best looking games that you have played personally in your life alone... You yourself... Because if you can say that, you obviously have not played u2. No way; no how. Uh uh. Negative.
Lol! My friend, only people with 360's are gonna understand what you just said! Unfortunately, I too have felt the sting of the disc read error. It's always fun when you have played through a large chunk of a game and it freezes on you before you get a chance to save. /s
The engine they use is a beast. They started working on kz3 right after kz2 so all of these improvements are expected. They can concentrate on fine tuning graphics, story and gameplay. I think that this iteration is really going to blow alot of people away.
On a side note, I listened to the joystiq podcast recently about the reveal of kz3 and they were really going on about people not caring about the franchise, and asking why this sequel was even needed. For all of their fan...
Is this a joke?
No brainer with this one. Also, since I have never sold any of my ps1 and ps2 games, in addition to owning a 60 gig phat with backwards compatibility I literally have too many games to play.
The fallacy of the console war is a lie invented by the media to ensure constant interaction by the consumer with their outlets. The "war" exists only in your mind. I can not think of another consumer product which inspires such zealous fanaticism from it's fans. That zealotry is the capital that the magazines and websites thrive on. Fanboys are riled up and put into a lather to ensure hits on websites to generate income. There is no war. I repeat, there is no war. War is a ter...
It all adds up to the same thing for me. I am simply not getting it. There are too many games coming out right now.
It's not called copying. It's called business. And just for the record what miyamoto is doing In the interview is called negative pr against his competitors.
I have yet to see anything that gives me any faith in this product at all .
Sony passed on the natal tech because they felt that it would limit gameplay options. These guys are really trying hard to ignore that Sony was deeply involved in this tech way before nintendo. Nintendo just got it to the market first which was a brilliant business move, but now Sony is gonna get it to the market RIGHT.
If you are going to compare , than stick to proven console fps like halo or modern warfare. There is no precedent for what crytek can do on consoles until crysis actually comes out so those comparisons hold no water.
Can't we just concentrate on how amazing killzone 3 is looking and how excited we are for all the new bells and whistles? I'm already scouting for new members for my kz3 clan for multiplayer.
Just reach right into my pocket there...
Just give me those sweet moving images on my 47" asap.
I'm feeling a killzone 2 attack coming on... To the Trey Robin!
God awful as usual. Why don't they just let this just let this franchise die? Certainly not worth $65 at any rate.
