Nostradamus what are you talking about? Not every retail game requires an install, not even half of the retail games do. As far as the demo install goes, I dont see it being that big of an issue. When I dowload demos it only takes a few seconds to do the install, not that long at all. Hey if you want to know how to upgrade the hard drive then I'm your man. You have two options, one is to go buy a 2.5" sata notebook hard drive of any size. There is an access panel on the left hand end of the console, pop it off, back out the tiny blue phillips screw and the hard drive slides back and out. Reverse to put the new one in.
