That my friend is the giant elephant in the middle of the room.. Non sony oriented gamers are quick to point out the higher, albeit minimal amount of quality of multiplats on the 360 while all together ignoring the abundantly clear level of quality of ps3 exclusives.. Why has multiplats become so important to this generation? As everyone has pointed out its the bobby kotick effect. Activision has shown just how much profit you can make off of mutliplat titles so the parent companies i.e. fun...
Funny because I prefer the "weighted" controls of kz2 over the twitch gaming of MW2.. Plus the bottom of the barrel p2p servers that infinity ward use makes mw2 my most regretted purchase of the year... I love when I can empty half a clip into a guy only to die and in the replay i dont fire a shot...

You sir are sorely misguided... It looks so much better in the collection.. It was worth the AA let alone the 60fps, trophy support and a $40 price tag for two of the greatest games of all time... If thats not enough to wedge your dollars out of your wallet then you arent a true GOW fan... Your spartan clout is being challenged, will you rise to the challenge???
I've owned gow 1 twice. First copy was stolen second I still own and play on my ps3.. I had II but it was stolen along with the first. I havent repurchased.. I was like a school girl at a jonas brothers concert when I heard about the gow collection.. If you are a gow fan then you owe it too yourself to buy this game... No excuses.. Now I have too suffer the long wait too march...
What did sony give final fantasy? How about disc based storage allowing square alot more room to run.. Final fantasy had a cult following until ffvII was released on the ps1. Then the sublime ff era on the ps2 further cemented the marriage between final fantasy and the playstation brand...

same here.. finished gow I on spartan today and had no freezing.. only frustration I had was how damn hard it was.. I forgot how challenging it was.. but worth it.. im only lacking 2 trophies till i get my platinum.. speed run and challenge of the gods... but all in all its a superb game... fav of all time...
Looks like your taking a page straight from microsofts "How to spin your way to the top." book. You claim that the 360 has the most titles over 900 including other territories.. Funny thing is the 360 is region locked, you cant play games from other regions. However the ps3 is not region locked so I can buy games from any country on the planet and they will play in my ps3.. Funny isnt it?

Its not all about money. If that were so then sony would charge $60 for the collection, or more. At 40 bucks it seems like they are only trying to recoup the costs of paying and indie company to port them. Think about it, two of the best ps2 games ever burned to a disc remastered in HD, buttery smooth 60fps, two sets of trophies with two platinums at 40 bucks!!!! That tells me that sony is sending a big thank you to all of the fans that kept the ps3 afloat for the last 3 years... Ohhh and ha...
He's alluding to the fact that with more storage you can have more uncompressed data which does affect the graphical fidelity. Squeezing all of that data onto a small disc hurts the fps which is where the fps vs graphical fidelity comes into play. With more storage and the ability to pre install data on the hard drive you free up alot of processing power allowing rock solid fps while maintaining a very high level of detail and texture..
@aliens again your opinion of the controls and gameplay are yours but your asking for trouble coming on here and trying to pass it off as fact.. If you want fact, I loved the game and the controls but you do not which means people with similar tastes as my own will probably like this game. So wat your saying is that if kz2 was set in a spring time valley with rainbows and flowers the graphics would be better? Limiting a color pallette allows the developer to create a mood or atmosphere. We as humans respond to color in emotional ways therefore in kz2's case the lack of bright colors lent a sense of distress and uneasiness..
