I will agree with you that n4g was a really cheerful place while the ps3 was lighting up sales charts but can you really blame us? Thugbot is absolutely right.. Yes while g devices are more then enough for gaming the problem lies in interference or oversaturation... I live in a house where each of my 3 roomates have a computer and I have my ps3 all wirelessly networked and running off of the same router. It is a G router, not to sure of the bandwidth but if 1 or more of them are running my ps3 lags, so much so that I get kicked off the network frequently.. This is very frustrating, when Im the only one pulling bandwidth ...

Im going to have to respectfully disagree... Metal gear solid 4 was far from overhyped. Snakes curtain call was a beautifully crafted tale of a desperate mans attempt to save the world yet again.. I've never come close to crying b/c of a game but this game made me teary.. Dont laugh, im man enough to admit when something moves me just makes me human.. Yea I have no comment on the other games that made that list but little big planet has been lauded with so much positive praise even a year after it was released.. A game that launches a whole new genre in gaming is not overhyped, in fact lbp didnt recieve its just dues... Halo in its day wasnt a tecnical marvel. For its time it was a good looking game with a decent story and some unique set pieces but halo didnt reach legendary status until the online multiplayer component took off.. I bought a slim two days ago as an early birthday present.. btw its september 28th.. But I have my slim networked with my 60 gig.. All of my extra content gets saved to my slim. Movies, music, games from the psn store and so on. I primarily use my 60 gig for my games because it has nearly 3 years worth of gaming saved to the hard drive... Apparently you havent played a team based shooter like kz2 because its all about team communication. If your talking to your friends in other games. 1 how can you concentrate on what you're doing 2 how do you creat strategies and direct your teamates while cross chating....
