Xbox live is "marginally" better. Period. For 50 bucks a year it should be leaps and bounds better but its just not. You have a few social options but the core idea of gameplay is all there on psn and it works very well. So keep trying to justify your subscription but its still just microsoft gauging you for money..

Well intial reports are that instead of red ringing the sytems shuts itself off to prevent damage.. Also sadly there are a bunch of videos on youtube that indicate that the red ring or as it's now known red dot of death still exists.. Why microsoft can't fix this I can't understand.. It's quite sad really..
Well for me the only reason I care about is if they have fixed the horrible durability. Until this issue is "COMPLETELY" solved I wont consider buying one.
Well the ps2 has the advantage of length of life. Considering that we are mid cycle its hard to compare the ps3 with the ps2. Once this generation has come to a close and we can compare overall sales as well as breadth and quality of the content then we can make a true comparison.. I dont fear though seeing as the ps3 has managed to fend of this strong charge by microsoft.

I bought the duracell dock a few years back.. Its a great dock with some cool features. It has red and green indicators that let you know the status of your charge the dock also automatically stops charging the controller to maintain battery life. It contains 2 usb ports for anything else I could charge. I only paid 15 bucks for it and it looks great in my entertainment center..

Gears 3 looks good but superceding uncharted 2? As far as best graphics this generation uncharted 2 has that crown. Looking into the future gran turismo 5 is seriously looking insane. I've got my ps3 networked with my pc and it works like a charm. I just wish I could network with my iPhone. I jailbroke my phone hoping that would help but the ps3 still doesnt recognize the iPhone.. Bummer.
