Earlier this gen when Sony had cross play on a lot of their games with their PC equivalent, I didn't see you on here complaining about MS not following suit and implementing this feature.

Well put rainslacker. The lack of these compliance standards you speak of on PC compared to XBox Live and Nintendo's online structure would explain why it was easier to enable cross play with PC.
Let's not forget that Sony STILL has more cross play titles than either MS or Nintendo but that fact keeps getting missed under this whole "Sony is the bad boy" rhetoric.
